My password that was provided to me from the Fanclub was never asked of me and everytime I attempted to purchase tickets (starting at 10am), it said my ticket request couldn't be fulfilled. I then attempted to purchase tickets through VIP Nation and the password did not work for me. After I got off work, I called both MusicToday and VIP Nation. MusicToday informed me I would have to keep trying until tickets in other purchasers "baskets" were cleared and enough for me were available. I then opted to called VIP Nation and the correct password was given to me for those packages. I've been prevented from purchasing tickets all day. They also informed me that I would need to purchase from those packages and the issues with passwords was something they would look into. This makes me sad that I made the point to be a part of this presale and was ultimately shut out. I've seen NKOTB before, NKOTBSB, and was planning to be a part of this tour. I wish we were given more assistance with the technical issues.
