I didn’t try to get tickets to HOB but from what I just read in the last five responses to this blog, I am glad I can’t come to the event. I can’t believe that people have THAT much trouble getting to do something they really want to do. It is soooooooooooooooo unfair! I feel sorry for all those who tried to get tickets and couldn’t!

Alliander is right…these weasels are buying tickets at the regular show price and selling them for a fortune…I had an encounter with some guy called harrydogyo on e-bay where I told him he was ripping off the charity. He totally disagreed with me and said he paid 1000.00 yearly to be able to purchase his tickets at the “Presale.” He’s asking $1900 for 5 tickets. Then he asks “How else can their fans get tickets?” What a jerk! Maybe if he and others like him let your true fans purchase the tickets, we’d all get a chance to get in. I hate carrying on like this, but I am just soooo ticked off about not being able to be there. I wonder if “Harrydogyo” has been loving you guys as long as we have been. But don’t worry, he said he will be donating to the cause. Yeah right, probably a hot wheel or a bottle of bubbles. What a freekin loser he is! Oh well, we love you guys and just thought you’d like to know how your REAL fans are getting beat to the punch! Again Happy Holidays, and good luck with the new baby Joe! We will be seeing you all again soon.

I can only agree with Maduke. We are so disappointed by the way this sale took place. My friend and myself were online at 9:45 am, patiently awaiting 10 o’clock. We had no problems with the code. Basically, there were NO tickets available at 10 am. When you go to craigslist.org, you’ll find all the tickets getting resold by other companies for outrageous prices. Tickets must have been on sale before the official sale date, because we found tickets at craigslist at 10:05 am. Craigslist usually takes at least a couple of hours until they post your ad. I hope that NOBODY will buy those tickets. It’s extremely unfair and I’m not going to support this. So disappointed!

We are all terribly disappointed with the way ticketmaster handled the sale of your Christmas special 12/20/09. I was online at 9:45am with visa in hand to purchase 5 tickets. Their website wasn’t allowing me to buy even 1 ticket never mind 5. It kept asking for the stupid code they use, that you can hardly make out what it is. Obviously wasting WAY TOO much time. Finally after messing around with all of that I found a phone number to reach ticketmaster @ 10:12am. Unfortunately for us, it was sold out! How does one get the tickets if they go on sale at 10am and you can’t find anything by 10:01am. I don’t get it! Was there a secret presale like with the 2010 cruise?After seeing you guys on the 2009 cruise, we were so looking forward to seeing you all again. We will miss you and hope to see you all again soon. You know what’s funny..is that I am 30yrs old and have been a loyal fan since I was 9…I have meet the guys and been to tons of concerts, I even brought my daughter to see them in the same venue I did my first time and now I get to surprise my 9yr daughter old with this! Daaaannngggg!!!! I hate being so far away from the east coast. How awesome that you guys are doing this. I’d love to make it but don’t see it happening. It’s a 16 hr drive to Boston from my house in Michigan then there’s the cost of hotel, a ticket for the event (and of course the VIP option). Such a bummer!

Well, everyone have fun and be sure to post pictures. Wish I could make it. Guess I’ll have to wait and see if you guys tour next summer (do it in the summer because then I will have the time to come up with the money I’ll need for it).
