Danny,
I have said it before and I will say it again, your mom was VERY lucky to have you for a son! I think all the work you do for the foundation is very commendable. You have a heart of gold. God Bless you.

I think it is the most wonderful thing that you are doing. I can honestly say that I am HONORED to say that I was once able to meet the WONDERFUL Betty Wood. And she was a very down to earth woman. I also think your daughters are very beautiful. You are a wonderful, caring and loving gentleman and know that with those three traits you are the best father your children could ever have. Please keep doing what you do.. Perform and save the TA TA’s…. Love ya bunches.

Danny, you are truly an amazing man, a renaissance man if you will…. You do it all, you take care of your body “your temple”, you have beautiful, well rounded children, that I know follow in your footsteps, and you have such love and dedication to your work, your family, your “brothers of the block” and to yourself. I have followed NKOTB since I was 12 years old…. I’ve gone through all different stages of love for you boys, puppy dog love, to infatuation and insanity =), here and now..18 years after my love cycle began… I have much admiration and sincere and genuine love for each of you and the causes you stand by, the men you’ve all grown up to be…. The men I knew you always were =) A couple of months ago, I brought my son to Great adventure for his 12 birthday and we we’re just walking around and he saw 2 older women sitting behind a table in a shaded area next to a ride…. What happened next brought tears to my eyes… he approached the ladies and asked what they were representing… they said “to find a cure for breast cancer”… he asked politely… “do represent Komen??? “ One lady shook her head yes… He reached into his pocket, counted out some money and gave them his last $10.00 bill…. He said “I’d just like to donate please.” She thanked him and he went back to his friends and didn’t mention a word… My proudest moment as a mother… I truly think, he knew about Komen, just by hearing me and my friends talk about the work you do with them…. About your dedication…. You’ve all become more then just pop stars and singers, you men have become hero’s and use your status for the good in this world, you’ve touched generations, ours as well as the younger newer generation….That’s why we all love you! You all have made us proud…..

The world is a better place because of you Danny Wood… and your mother, your angel… everyday smiles down on you. You make her proud… … I’m sure of it!

Danny, you are a shining star, your love, dedication and commitment, not only to your family or your 5 brothers from the block, but your fans and your beliefs… you are an inspiration to us all. You have touched many lives of the generation before and the younger generation coming. My children donate their allowances to the Koman foundation without a second thought and without looking for a pat on the back. You boys may not see this everyday or know the impact you have, but not only is your music loved by both my children - boy and girl… not only do they think you are the greatest band ever… but your generosity and humility, your dedication and commitment… they set the foundation and path for the way my children are thinking….. Who would’ve known that the boys I loved 18 years ago at 12… would be the light to my son who is now 12??? My daughter 2 years old, she may just love dancing and singing to the “block” but I’m sure she’ll follow. You’ve touched my life when I was younger and leaving same imprints on my children. Words can’t ever express the hanks I have for the path you help me set for them everyday. Danny ~ your mother … I’m sure she smiles down on you every minute… I’m sure she’s so proud of the man she has raised, and the men I always l knew you all were!
We love you, 88elaine317

OK, just to clarify, I did not think that the blogs I wrote yesterday went through… and then I try to retype and convey the same message today so you can read it… and when I hit reply to submit, my other 2 messages come up again. I’m sorry for being so repetitive… I just wanted to make sure you knew how many people you are reaching by just being you!
