When a friend of mine told me you guys were gonna be at Mall of America last August, I thought she was trippin. 18 years ago all I wanted in life was to see you guys in concert. It didn't matter if I'd be in the front row, the nosebleeds or hanging upside down from the rafters, as long as the six of us were under the same roof for a while, it would have meant the world to the little 3rd grader that I was back then. That night at the mall, the little 3rd grader in me woke up and made me realize that I had to see you guys when you came back to St. Paul in October. I'll never forget that night. I was intent on standing on my crutches the entire time if that's what it took, even though I find it difficult to even walk across a room sometimes. Part way through the show someone from security came over to move me and my friend up front so I could see better without having to stand. I'd never been so shocked in my life! As I watched the rest of the show from just about front row, I sat there thinking to myself, "if this can be happening right now, anything is truly possible in this world". It was truly an experience of a lifetime, topped off, by a wave and a smile from my boy from back in the day, D-Dub.
