Thank you so much for doing this for our fellow Michigan Blockhead and my dear friend. Even though she was only in my life for a short time it had a great impact. People come into our lives for all kinds of reasons, good and bad. I was lucky to have had Jackie come into mine, even for the short time she was. At least now she is no longer in any pain and is with those she has lost before her. I know her family and those of us she cared so much about will always have a special angel looking down on us. **CORRECTION** JACKIE IS ON DONNIE’S RIGHT
Jackie was a very sweet loving funny woman, I 1st meet her on the NKOTB Community, we talked on the phone, email, Tweeted & Chatted with each other, we traded pictures,etc. She was very happy that she had so many wonderful experience with NKOTB & Blockheads from all over, she went to many shows, did 5*’s & went on the cruise (Cruisin Jackie was her name for a while). She was a totally Donnie Girl & got lots of love from him. She went to the Today show where Donnie gave her tickets to Jones Beach which she unfortanuly had to miss as she ended up in the hospital when she arrived at the airport, howvever she did go to the very last Full Service concert on Saturday July 18. Sadly that is when she passed away, the morning after the concert. It is heartbreaking to think of her husband Joe & 3 young kids. In her last Tweet she talked about how she missed her Husband & kids already. Jackie suffered with medical issues but she made the best of it and was a wonderful mother & wife & friend. I will miss the phone call from her as she was to call me when she got home from Texas, I am so sad that I will not hear her voice again. For those of us lucky enough to know her, she was a truly amazing friend. She help me with some medical issues that I am dealing with. I Thank NKOTB for connecting me & all the other with Jackie. Jackie and I laughed at how we both have “Close to you” as our opening song on on NK pages.
Jackie I will always be “Close to you” and she now has the best seat watching over her family & her NKOTB family too.

God be with you in this time of sorrow as He speeds her home into His loving arms. It really saddened me to hear that jackie died. She was always so nice. She was my first friend on this site and even was so kind to send me a christmas card. What I loved is that she always kept in touch with stories of her adventures with the tour but also wanted to know what was going on in her friends’ lives. And yet, i never had the fortune to meet her face to face
I was hoping we would or I would get to send her a christmas card this year and it hurts to know that its not going to happen… But she is in a better place and to know that through whatever she was going through, she got to see NKOTB (especially her favorite, her boy, Donnie) on stage for the last performance of the Full Service Tour. It makes me more apparent that we need to live life to the max and have no regrets. If there is something that we want to do, we shouldn’t let anyone or anything stop us.

You all reuniting brought my smile back that was lost, but seeing how you all love us and reach out to fellow soldiers at good times and bad just makes us love you even more! I am floored, moved, and so proud that you guys posted this here. I am a fellow Michigan Blockhead and knew Jackie through the community and was able to meet her very breifly a couple of times in person. She had such a passion for NKOTB and Donnie in particular. She loved to share her stories with other BH and loved to hear their stories. If you just commented on one of her blogs, she was so happy you read her story that she would share an amazing pic of your favorite guy. That was just the type of person she seemed to be.
Those who knew her at all were terribly saddened by the news, but were comforted in knowing she had such an amazing night just hours earlier. This tribute to her is the nicest thing you could have done and I’m sure she is looking down telling all of her angel friends about what DDUB did for her.
RIP Jackie. May you have a wonderful time spying on Donnie in his showers.

I was lucky enough to meet Jackie at a few shows and she was a hardcore soldier in the truest sense! She always had a smile on her face and was never down! She loved Donnie with all her heart and to read his words about Jackie only goes to show why he had her heart for so many years. I know NKOTB has a new guardian angel to watch over them were ever they go.

First of all, I want to say how deeply saddened to hear that we have lost one of our fellow sisters. From everything I have read, Jackie was an amazing person with a lot of heart and determination. Not only was she an amazing fan of NKOTB, but she was an amazing fan of the million sisters around her. I do not have any biological sisters, but the millions sisters that we have here are amazing! I have so much more respect for you guys after seeing that you took the time to find out what had happened and posted a memorial on your website. I know this is something that you didn’t have to do, but wanted to do because you truly care about your fans. We are a family now and this truly shows that you guys are so awesome! I do not know of any entertainers/celebraties that will take the time to acknowledge their fans the way you guys have done. So proud of you guys. Thank you for bringing us all together as one army!

I did not know Jackie at all, but her passing still saddens me, As a fellow Blockhead and NK soldier.
Donnie, you are the sweetest man I have ever met. Those kind words bring tears to my eyes.
You are all fulfilling child/teenhood dreams with these meet and Greet opps. And I’m certain that was no exception for Jackie.
It is sad when we lose someone and my deepest sympathy goes to Jackie’s family and friends.

I didn’t know Jackie very well; I had only been talking to her on Twitter for a few weeks, but she was a very sweet, thoughtful girl and a true NKOTB fan through and through. She would be thrilled by your message. I’m stunned that she’s gone, but I’m sure that she’s up in Heaven, dancing away to NKOTB songs.

I was at the last 3 concerts (obviously at the Woodlands one) and it just breaks my heart that Jackie had to leave us sooner than we wanted her too. God has a purpose and a plan for us all. Let us not be sad at this time, but let us rejoice in all that she did and all that she got to accomplish because of YOU!!! I know that she is smiling down on all of us…..let her never be forgotten!!! RIP Jackie!! I luv u guys!

Thank you for acknowledging… this is very real and eye opening. Even though I like to keep pretending that NKOTB is a fantasy…you guys are really real. And this posting means everything. Meeting you guys has been a dream come true for me as I am pretty sure you were to Jackie as well. Thank you again for coming back into our lives and being REAL. Real talk. I never met Jackie but she seemed like a wonderful person with a vivacious spirit. I’m sorry that I didn’t ever meet her. It touches my heart that you guys are memorializing her in this way. I know that she would appreciate this. It is also great that she got to spend her last bit of time on earth doing something she loved. I know it is part of God’s larger plan, but my heart and prayers go out to her family and everyone whose lives she touched. Plan for tomorrow but live everyday as if it is your last….

Very sad news. Throughout her various medical issues, I’m sure seeing, hearing and meeting NKOTB brought her a lot of happiness. It is a tragedy that Jackie had to go so soon. But I’m glad to hear that she went to alot of NKOTB concerts and getting great seats and getting to meet Jon, Danny, Donnie, Jordan, & Joey in person. She is a true Blockhead.

I never knew Jacqueline but as a new kids fan when one of is loses a friend or family member the whole community hurts because we lost one of our own family members/friends. As I’m reading this tears are streaming down my face and I never knew her. My heart and prayers go out to her husband,children, family and friends. I’ll forever keep her memory alive in my heart. RIP Jackie and nkotb, thank you for recognising fellow friend, fan and most importantly family member to many of us!

I did not have the honor of knowing Jackie but it is quite clear that she made an impact on many and was very loved.

Hi got the news yesterday evening here in ireland, oh such a sad way to end the tour,bittersweet, my thoughts and prayers are with jackie and her husband and kids, no family should have to go through this yet it happens way to often,i try to join in on the tweets with all you guys in the usa but am not sure if i am doing it right so one sure place to express how i feel is right here, jordan,jon,joey,danny and donnie thank you so much for your king words and for thinking of your fans in such a genuine and caring eay, even after 20years you are all the same loving guys, and donnie i know your words will give jackies family hope as it does for each and everyone one of your soldiers everyday, thank you for that, jackie r.i.p. i am sure you are bopping away to THE BLOCK!

WOW!!! I didn’t know her but I still got chocked up when I read this. This is sad!!! I think it’s great that you guys are showing your love and respect to her and her family. My thoughts and love go out to her and her family. I know it’s gotta be hard. Things happen for a reason and we are here for a reason. It was her time to be with the big man upstairs. I’m sure she is up there not jammin’ away to The Block. Everyone just remember, she is in a much better place. No more suffering, she is healthy as a horse, lol!! Jackie..we miss you!!! You always had the most beautiful smile and such an energetic spirit. You made everyone around you feel loved, and we are so blessed for knowing you. I didn’t know Jackie personally but from what I heard she was a really special lady. Some of my friends that went on the cruise had the great pleasure of meeting her and said that she was such a sweet lady. =) She was a true Blockhead and she will be truly missed! It broke our hearts to lose you, you did not go alone; for part of us went with you, the day God called you home. You left us peaceful memories, your love is still our guide; and though we cannot see you, you are always at our side. Our family chain is broken, and nothing seems the same; but as God calls us one by one, the chain will link again.

My word, the picture of Jackie and Dub on her last night breaks my heart. Its almost like some stronger force has made sure she got to do what she loved before the angels needed her.

I was so shocked to receive a tweet saying my friend Jackie was gone. We have talked through texts, phone calls, messages etc for I don’t know how long. We talked about so many things besides NKOTB, but of course we talked about that too! She told me a woman was worth so much more than she will ever know, and you have to make a man treat you that way. She always spoke of her husband and girls with the same excitement as she did the guys. When she returned from the Today show, she was just in awe at how much attentention the guys gave her. Jackie told me “Oh my heck Tami, I can’t wait to show you my pics of Joe!” (I’m a Joe girl) She spoke of everyone warmly, and I never heard her say a negative thing about anyone! She always looked at the positive side. I am really going to miss her, and I’m so sorry we didnt’ get to have lunch in Cincy. We were both so busy that day. I believe she was at all my shows, and she knew she was so blessed to see as many as she did. She was so excited about life, and I am still in shock that she is gone.

This is so sad. I’m glad that she had a good time with her beloved NKOTB- that you guys came back probably made the last year fantastic for her and gave her such a great time. She was so young, I’m really shocked - my honest sympathy to her family. Yesterday I saw when a doctor wanted to reanimate a 38year old woman which was hit by the garbage truck with her bike. She died.
I hope this people will come to a better place.

Jackie I am going to miss you so much. We starting writing each other 20 years ago through the NKOTB fan club. I still have all your letters. I am so glad after 20 years I finally had the chance to meet you in New York at the Today Show. We said to each other New Kids brought us together and now they brought us together in person. You were such a great person. My heart goes out to her husband Joe and her three beautiful little girls. I will never forget you. You will always be in my heart.
