Hi everyone,
Sorry I haven’t posted a blog in awhile, but this tour has been moving at such a fast pace. My daughters and Dad got to come out and see 5 shows in a row. They had the time of their lives. They are road warriors and love every part of being on the road. I can’t put into words how much it has meant to me to be able to share this experience with all my kids. This would not be possible without you guys. So from the bottom of my heart thank you.

Danny, We saw your girls in Champaign and they are beautiful! When we were all waiting in the parking lot for Donnie (I think it was Chance) that was putting on a show for us in the bus window. Too cute! Apparently you were sitting there for a while too! I hope Kasey and I entertained you! Your dad and the girls were sitting near us and it was so cool to see them singing along to all of the songs! I cannot imagine how that must feel for them or for you. I am happy I got to see it. Thanks again and again for wearing the shirt I gave you in Moline! It was the greatest day and that was just the top of it all. Awww that is so sweet that your family got to be with you. It is awesome that they get to experience what you do for your fans. Really hope you guys will announce some more Canadian dates for the Full Service tour!!! Toronto’s 5* sold out so fast neither me nor any of my friends were able to get them.

Thank you for making my 5 concerts in 6 days so much fun! I only hope I will get the chance to go on a mini tour again soon. Very tiring and very hard to go back to reality, but worth every cent and minute!

I enjoyed meeting your daughters and your dad in Grand Rapids. Tell Chance that not all Texans talk funny like Miley Cyrus (even though she’s not from Texas. Haha). I have a good laugh every time I see Miley on TV now. Was awesome seeing real family interaction, it reminds me that you’re human and not a super hero.

danny, so happy to hear from ya! that’s great that your fam got to share this experience w/ you! you got your own personal cheering section, so cute! you kids must think defferently of daddy now, hey! i was very happy to get to see ya in the flesh in winnipeg! i got a plethora of pics of you, which was the cat’s pajamas. my friend and i threw a sign on stage for ya, but i didn’t see any of you pick it up and read it. we were simply just asking you to shake that fine ass of yours! i noticed you looked at me a couple of times, but i think it was b/c you thought i was crazy or somethin’. as i was going completely nuts or i was singing to you or jon. hey man, it’s been 20 years, i told myself i was gonna let my hair down and not give a f*ck what i looked like. it was a night i’ll never forget. however, ironically i don’t remember much as i was in a state of euphoria…which is why i’ll be at the las vegas show. hopefully, i will be able to compose myself long enough to actually take some of the show in. i’ve been hoping you would join twitter…jon’s on there and you’re not?!? what’s up w/that? i wanna twit you, puff!! get at her1!! glad to hear your kids are enjoying the ride as well.

Ahhh Danny there is no need for you to thank us… We want to thank you guys for coming back and allowing us to not only feel like kids again but also we can involve our children in our love of the NKOTB music… Our kids now run around singing all the old and new NKOTB songs just like we did… It has been so much fun…

No, thank you! I was another one of those crazy girls standing outside the bus in Champaign waiting for Donnie(Carey–Kasey gets a mention but who started the Jump up let’s get crazy?) Loved how much your girls enjoyed waving & playing in the bus window! It was awesome that you turned the light on so we could SEE you! Hope you were able to see the Jon sign I held up while standing there. They wouldn’t let us hold them up during the concert. It was a GOOD one!
Thanks also for recognizing me at the Champaign B stage from the shirt I’d worn in Moline. Made my life!! See you in June for sure, but still trying to somehow get on the cruise. (Seriously, no fan contests/giveaways?) If you need a photographer, I’m available for just the cost of the trip!!

I too have 4 kids and couldn’t imaging not being able to share every little amazing moment of this experience with them. I’m so happy to hear that you are able to keep them a part of all this! Part of keeping this tour real is to remember where you’re from and what’s really important…family. As much as we like to think of ourselves as your family, we understand!!! I wish you guys would have taken Father’s day off…for yourselves and your kids. I won’t be able to attend your only Canadian concert during the summer tour as it is on June 21st (father’s day) and my husband deserves all our love on that day as do you!!! I hope you always find a way to hug your kids while far away…because a happy Danny = happy us!

You see I attended your last concert in L.A. @ the Nokia and I went with ILAA and by myself. I went alone to the concert and I got to fulfill my 15 year old wish/dream. I had the absolute priviledge to sit next to your Dad in Manchester NH and he is such a proud father!!!! I am not sure if that was your daughter beside him however she was very sweet as well!!! We missed here on the boards and we are just as thankful to you for coming back and working as hard as you do!!! I did not even know it was your Dad until Donnie leaned over about 20 minutes into the show and said “Mr. Wood”. Then your Dad was so proud when you started your breakin’ solo he said “that’s my boy”.
Can not wait to see you at Mohegan and when I meet you at Mansfield Meet n Greet and this time I plan to be brave enough to give you a hug. In Manchester I was still too shy and nervous and only shook your hand!

Oh Danny, Danny…..you are such a sweet and inspiring man. There is so much good in you, it’s hard to believe you’ve been in the public eye for as long as you have. I’ve often thought how amazing it is when a star uses their publicity for the benefit of others. Your work with the Susan G. Komen foundation is nothing short of Amazing, and there is no limit to the lives that the money you’ve helped raise will save. All this, and you’ve asked nothing in return but that people remember the cause. What an unbelievable force of nature you are, a Champion for women everywhere. You wore your mothers picture on your shirt during the concert in Champaign, IL. Though I never had the pleasure to know her, as a mother myself, I believe she would be Extremely proud of you. You really touched my heart and made me feel so apreciated in Moline during 5* , my guy!!! Cursing at the crazy guard who tried to rush me off. For a minute I thought the dude was gonna get his ass wipped…….lol!!! I so got my face time and hug from you cuz “f#@k that every fan deserves a hug” like you said !!! I also was at the Columbus show (front row) and you so pointed me out!!!
However when I got back to the hotel I shed a tear for you!!! I noticed that your pic fell off my Hoosier Honeyz want face time poster. It was in my bag!!! I have two daughters and two sons and they keep me very busy, but every time I hug them I breathe them in and realize how truly blessed I am to have them in my life.
I am so glad your daughters got to be with you on the road. Since they are now road warriors, your bus could have a license plate that says: RDWRER lol (that’s from one of my fave shows.) Kids are wonderful…I know mine are the music in my soul, the light in my life, the cream in my coffee, the….you get the drift.

Danny, I can’t thank you enough for what you guys are doin’! Back in the day I had no one to share the love I have for you guys. Seven years ago I found out I had a sister. We both loved you guys when we were teens but never had the oppertunity to see you as sister should have done. Now 15 years later the sister I thought I never had and I share every possible moment with you guys! We’ve been to three shows since October! Two in Wisconsin and one in St. Louis. July 1st will be our 4th concert since the reunion. This time my niece (a second generation block head!) will be along for the ride! My four and five year old boys ask me if they can “see Danny Wood and all his friends”…I think they’d love it…unfortunatly I don’t think they are quite old enough.

Danny, the sweetest kid!!! I don’t have children but I may understand the meaning of taking your kids with you into sucha experience! You know? Back in the 90’s I had very good experiences with you guys, it was a blast meeting you and much more to hang around with you at the hotels BUT now at days I I have nobody by my side to remember those wonderful experiences with and it’s kinda sad SOMEHOW I’m making new friends and it’s totally different to do the same but with friends ’cause now I know, tomorrow when I`ll remember this, I will have good friends by my side laughing at the old memories then. So, I guess, sharing this with the people you love for most in the world gotta be a real blessing.
Danny, you deserve this, you have given us so much happiness with what you do!

Hi Danny!! I will try not to make this a book. I am so excited for you that you get to share these wonderful moments with your daughters. But I want to tell you what you and the rest of the guys have done for me and my daughter. My daughter Joon and I are close but we have been able to get closer because of what you guys are doing!! Her and I get to be on one level with music and understand what you guys are bringing to us. What i was feeling when I was 14 and now with her being 14 she is experiencing the same things. We have a long weekend trip planned in July for the Dallas concert. We are both so excited and I just want to say Thank You to you and the rest of the guys for coming back and allowing me to experience the NKOTB vibe again but not just for me but for both me and my daughter. Something for us to experience together!!!

Thanks to you, too, for coming back. As a teen growing up, my folks couldn’t afford/wouldn’t allow me to go to a NKOTB concert. This time around, I’m a grown adult with my OWN job and money. Now not only am I able to see you guys on my own, but I’ve treated ALL of my sisters to shows in the towns they live in. I’ll be bringing my baby sis to the Detroit Concert in June…flying in from DC just for the show. It’s awesome!

That is so awesome that you got to have your family on tour with you for a few days. It must be really hard to be away from your family like that. I go through that experience a tiny bit every week. My husband’s job is in another town so he is gone for several days. I know it is not quite the same but it still can be pretty hard even for a few days so I can’t even imagine what it is like to go through that for weeks or months at a time. You are a wonderful father and your children are so lucky to have you. I am so glad you got to spend some much needed time with your kids. I always feel so bad for you not being able to see your kids but please tell your kids I said Thanks for them making it easy for you to be on tour because I am so glad you are back. Many of us “THANK YOU” for the very same reason. I can’t tell you how many mother’s I have met at your two concerts I have attended that are so excited to have the opportunity to take their own daughter’s to see you in concert. It is such a great experience for many of us to share something from our own childhood with our own children. WOW!!!! What an amazing experience to hear about your Dad being this Beatle-like star then to actually have a chance to see it first hand. It’s kind of a had to be there experience to really get it. I’m sure you have video, magazines, posters, whatever, but to actually see you perform live with all 5 members. To have the fans from the past fall in love with you all over again and even gain new fans from this generation that knew nothing of you, wow wow wow. I am always amazed to see us all just sing the same words to your songs. Step by Step (we all know part of the reason you give us the mic has to be that Jon doesn’t want to sing his solo… come on) But, we love it!!!! I can’t believe we all even add the Huh at the end and u can hear us all go up real high for Jordan “it’s just you and me” Has to be nothing like it. And boy, you still got the break dancing down and the tone body. Heck I had one kid and my body went to hell. I should be using you as a role model. Lots of Love and thanks back at ya. But, I don’t know anyone else who would thank us as much as we thank you.

Hey Danny,
I just want to thank you! I had the opportunity to by 5* tickets and I met you in Portland ME. (I was the freakishly tall girl). I will admit I was freaking out a little, (I may have anxiety issues) so I had no idea what to say or do, but the minute I saw you, you gave me a big hug and then encouraged me to go say hi to the other guys (so I had the chance to meet all of you and not just one). The fact that you can and want to share this experience with your family is just awesome and you definitely deserve it!! I look forward to seeing more of “the block” in the future.

Dear Danny,
It’s wonderfull to have your children with you.They would be very proud off what your doing.I could imagine that it is difficult for famous people to protect there children away from the paparazzi.I know they crow up with the fact that your famous,but they disurve a normal live as every child.
I do have 2 girls too ,Sanne of 7 years and Rianne of 3 years old. And you know as I do that it is sometimes hard to raise your children and give them the right educate to be a good person.
And I see in your attidute and also from the other guys that you be the best dads that they can have!Be proud!!
My daughter Sanne listing every night before she go to sleep to your music from The block,and makes me happy. She dont understand what you singing but that she’ll understand that when she’s older and learn English at school. That is excactly what music did to me in the years,haha.

I was lucky enough to get to touch your arm as you ran back from the B stage to up front. Made my freaking life complete, no lie. I bet you didn’t know that you could make a married mini-van driving mom’s day just by walking by her! Anyway, it’s great that your family was able to travel with you. I am sure your daughters had the time of their life.

Isn’t it amazing how our kids can make our day? I’ve got 4 also, and they can just take your heart to places that you never imagined! I am glad that you get to see them when on the road! It’s hard to go without them!
Your dad is a real sweetie! I was lucky enough to meet him back in 1990 @ y’alls house. He was great! That’s great that he still supports you so much!
I am really lookin’ forward to seein’ you guys on the 5th of June in VA Beach! Hopefully I can scratch 1 of my “bucket list” items off & get my pic with the 5 of ya! Time’ll tell!

Love you guy my best friend and I seen you in Vancouver and now last night in Kelowna. Great show!!! both times. Love you guys in the team Canada jerseys, it would have sucked if you had came out wearing a Kelowna Rockets jersey. See I’m from Kamloops BC and their our bigger rival in jr hockey. I wished you guy would have picked to come to Kamloops, oh well i’m just happy you all came back to tour our fine country. It’s so great you can take your families with you on the tour. I got to see you all for the first time together in Kansas City last November..and I got to share it with my older son (who was really only there because of Natasha…). So thank you for getting back together and giving those who never got the chance to see you the first time around and letting us live our dream, and passing it on.

It’s so nice that you guys thank the fans but really, we should be thanking you! You have made so many girls/ladies dreams come true! I’m finally home from the show in Victoria - - lol, finally! & I’ve never been happier! I did 5 Star for the very first time & it was amazing! You all are so sweet & caring! I love how you show your love to us, the fans, it really shows that you care! I’m going to the show in Auburn on July 7th, I’m already counting down! I can’t wait - - I wish I was going 5 star, but this time it’s 4 star - - 5 star sold out so fast! But oh well, maybe I can buy 5 star tickets again - - if/when you add more Canadian dates - - I really hope that you do! I’ve had some Face time - - but not nearly enough! You guys have no idea what you mean to me - - when I have a bad day I listen to your music or watch an NKOTB video on youtube - - && it helps so much! To be honest, NKOTB is a part of my daily activities, lol, I NEED my NKOTB fix everyday! So, I really hope that the Full Service Tour won’t be your last - - We need you guys!

how great that u could spend this wonderful expierience with your family! my daughter is almost 4 yrs and loooves to sing all the new kids songs (new & old) in the car with me all the time!

The concert on March 10th in Shreveport Louisiana was AMAZING just like the last two back in the 90’s.
I’m still determined to meet you guys and have you all sign my dolls that I still have.
Can’t wait to see you guys in concert in Dallas on July 17th.

I LOVED YOUR SANTA BARBARA SHOW!!!!!! My sis and I drove from Bakersfield to Santa Barbara to see you guys and we had the time of our lives. But WHEN ARE YOU GUYS COMING TO BAKERSFIELD??? You have lots of fans here so add us to your tour. PLEASE!!!!
