If you saw the groups emails back and forth
about last nights show and the rest of this tour you
would see how much we care about our shows.
And it’s all cuz you care like you do. We have a lot of fun
figuring it all out and finding new ways to surprise and entertain you.
We kicked it off in Hildago and the crowd was up!!!
They were the first to see some new changes…
a little early to make comments, but for now I can say that
it’s good to feel engaged and open to the living breathing thing
called the stage.
I had a lot of laughs as usual and I am pumped to be back in
the States and Canada again. It’s gonna be an exciting spring.
Seems like we-us 5 and you guys- wont know what’s coming next
and I like that… for the most part

last night cuz my hat wasn’t back stage and I didn’t wear it. So I was
doing phantom hat moves- don’t laugh. But once again, you get
out there and you throw your heart out and you guys are right there

I was at last nights show in Hidalgo, Tx. You guys were awesome! I have loved all of you since I was 11, now i’m 26 and married, but I still love you guys. I was so excited I was sitting in the back area of the arena where you all were on that rotating stage and when you all were walking back to the stage in front, Joey and JOrdan I know you saw me! At least I like to think so! It was great…my friend and I still know all the dance moves to “The Right Stuff” and “Step by Step”. This was a CHILDHOOD Dream come true for me!

Joe–my high school choir director once told me that hey, things go wrong in performances all the time. They can be perfect in dress rehearsal, but during a performance, sets can fall on you. lol Be glad it was just your missing hat.

Oh how I missed you and your blogs! I’ve been MIA from the community due to work and school but last night I joined others and experienced deja vu. Like the 1st canada show last fall, the energy was the high the anticipation was extreme! Im so excited to experience these changes in person! So weird…I just dl’d ciwyw song and video on my ipod two weeks ago and have been listening to it none stop since….kinda freaky! Kinda glad im too swamped to check out youtube cuz im sure seeing the changes in less than 2 weeks will be amazing!!! I get to see ya twice for my birthday WEEK(braces self). Yes I said it bday week! I would’ve been ok with just a day but you guys aren’t doing a show mar 21st(sigh) so the 19th and 24th will have to do…who am I kidding, its gonna KICK A**!!!!

LAST NIGHT WAS AMAZING!!
It is an experience I wish everyone could have the chance to see and feel.
My daughter even noticed you didn’t have your hat - to be honest, I was so happy being there I didn’t really notice.

I loved the HIDALGO show much more than the one I went to in San Antonio last year.

Can’t wait 4 more days to see you in Ft Myers, where I now live. I saw NKOTB 9 times in NY and you alone about 8 yrs ago at Westbury music fair in ny so I saw you 10x and this will be 11. I have 11th row seats on the floor to celebrate lucky 11. Sorry about the stuffed animal that hit you in the head back in the late 80’s at westbury music fair when Tiffany opened for you.. that was my sister who threw it and I touched you and Jordan on the back prior to Biscuit (your security) pushing you back stage. I’ve heard only good things from my Texas friends about the show last night! Wish you were coming somewhere near Connecticut this time around so I could see all the exciting changes too. I’ll just have to wait to see all the surprises you have planned for the cruise!

You guys were soooo awesome last night. i cant believe after all these years i finally got to meet NKOTB. Buying VIP tickets and driving 9 hours to and from was sooo worth it. i got to take a picture standing right by JORDAN OMG!!! i do wish the meet & greet wasnt soo rushed. but oh well u take what you can get. and i will definately be at the next TEXAS concert. I just want to say that I was at the show last night. I have been in the entertainment business since I was 2 and I have been to dozens of concerts. I attended NKOTB when I was 14. And I was extremely impressed with the show. From the opening act - Jabbawockees to the final curtain call, it was AWESOME! And the reason was that it was obvious that you are not taking this for granted. It showed that you really are enjoying what you are doing and you catered to the crowd. You poured your heart into it, paid attention to details and we got our money’s worth and then some. The transormation from Teen Heart throbs to Grown Hot Men is going to bring you guys much more fame and success. I took my 9 year old daughter and she absolutely loved you. Hi Joe, I was at the amazing concert last night! You all put on an excellent performance. I was going crazy yelling out your name and I couldn’t stop dancing I loved it! The concert took me back to when I was 10yrs. old and I would watch all your concert videos and now after all these years I was finally able to go to a concert. Your medley last night was wonderful even without your hat! I even loved your pose with the black cup. You are still so cute! Joey Joe… I’m pretty sure that the crowd didn’t even notice that you didn’t have your hat… not to minimize the situation… but you could’ve been dancing around with a loaf of french bread and it probably would’ve been ok… seriously. You’re fans love all of you unconditionally! Well… in less than 24 hours and you’ll be showing your stuff in Tulsa… maybe you’ll have a hat… maybe not. Let me be one of the first one’s to WELCOME ya’ll to the area this time around! You’ll be officially traveling through the “sticks” in the next few days… EXCITING STUFF… and no worries that’s not banjo music you hear… HA-HA!!! If you pass through Arkansas be sure to hollar out a “WHOO-PIG-SOOIE” in your best southern voice possible. Last night was the best we sat in the third row, I went with six members of my family including my husband, and we had the time of our lives. Thank-You so much to Jon for staying and signing every single autograph after the show. My sister & I was at the show last night in Hidalgo. It was great. We have seen you guys 8 times already. We saw you 4 times back in the day & 3 times when you came to TX in Oct. We followed you to Houston, San Antonio (we live here) & Dallas. We swore we would go anywhere in TX to see you guys. We weren’t planning on going to Hidalgo we were going to wait to see where else you in came in TX this summer. But on Thursday my husband suprised me & my sister with tickets he said he would drive us down there. So another NKOTB roadtrip. It was great loved the new show. I could see you guys perform everynight. Hope you come back to TX this summer we’ll be there. When your on stage in TX look to the right side of the stage (that’s where we decided we like to sit best)& we’ll be there somewhere. Maybe oneday we can meet you guys in person but for now we’ll be at all your shows we can.

I am sooooo excited about seeing you again in a few weeks. Moline-5*, Grand Rapids-5*, Champaign-5*, Des Moines-11th row, Green Bay-5*,and the cruise baby! Look for the JOE signs- I’ll be there!

I have been enjoying this ride since October 4th in Chicago when I met you in the arena parking lot. I can’t even bare to think about this being officially over.
So my next concert is less than four weeks away. My fellow “Peroni” sisters-referring to an encounter with Jon in St. Louis- just left my house. We were making our shirts and signs. You’ll be able to find me at the shows because I’ll be leaving a trail of glitter behind me.
And yes you did swear you naughty little boy! Do you need a spanking? LOL

Hey Joey!
Everytime one of y’all writes a blog entry it gets me more and more pumped to see ya again in Des Moines in a few weeks (as if I can GET any more excited!) It’s an oddessey of sorts that began when I was in grade school, and all I wanted out of life was to be able to see my beloved Beantowners in concert. That never happened, and I thought it never would. Life went on. Then, in August of last year, your appearance at Mall of America brought all those memories back for me. Especially seeing you in your “trademark” hat. So yes, I understand its importance, but with or without it honey, we love ya!
It took me 18 years to be able to see you guys in concert (October 21, 2008) and it was a night I won’t forget. It wasn’t just a concert, it was a phenomenon! I cannot wait to make the trip to Des Moines next month and realize the second part of my childhood dream…FACE TIME! What an amazing feeling it’s been to know that something I thought was impossible, is now inevitable!

Hey, so gald to hear from you!! I’m so excited and counting down to seeing all of you in Iowa. We have almost the whole roadtrip planned out already!! Gettin’ our posters and wearables ready!! Our minds have been right since before the October MN concert. So we’re set, just waitin’ on the “right time”!! I SO can’t wait to see the changes. I was so fortunate to get to see you guys in concert last night in Hidalgo, your performances were so awesome and you gave us such a FANTABULOUS show that today at work I was so unfocused because all I could think about was how excited I was that I was actually there (and I can tell you with fair certainty that feeling won’t go away ANY time soon!)LOVED IT, LOVED IT, LOVED IT!!! Like you said last night “Go Big or Go Home”, that’s Texas baby! and you guys definately “got this” last night! My sister is now an official NKOTB fan and I say it’s about time!! (she was just a toddler the first time around) It’s awesome that the Valley got to set the stage for the next part of this US/Canada tour for y’all and I hope you had a much better experience this time around (since last time way back when the fan-damonium created a situation for a cancelled concert). Your love for music and entertaining and most of all, your love for your fans was very much all around and it most definately showed through everything you did and said. Thank you, thank you for your talent, for all the time, for your effort and all the love you send out to your fans! As y’all make your way out of the vast Lone Star State and on into Sooner country please remember Texas (and the RGV) want you back ASAP!! good luck on the rest of the tour!!

I saw you in NY and Paris. I love your shows, and I love you. But the fans hope new songs in the concert. We love all songs to “The Block”. “Big girl now”, “One song”, “Full service”…..I love all songs and I hope see you sing these songs. I love your old songs, but in this tour are more old songs than news. You changed the medley, and is fantastic!! I think we are waiting for new changes for the tour. More than 1 medley.

Ooh I can hardly wait for your return to the UK!! I must try and avoid youtube until then so it doesn’t ruin the surprise! In the meantime I’ll keep dancing around my living room to the Block and I love reading your blogs to see how it’s going.
I went to get a New Kids on the Block (old logo) tattoo on my wrist on Saturday but they wouldn’t let me do it as the design would look messy, danm it! I have to redesign it and go back next week, I’m thinking I may have to settle for a shortened NKOTB so it fits on there ok!!
Either way I hope to have something special to show you when you come back to the UK!

Hidalgo concert was awesome!!!!!!! I went to the San Antonio concert I thought that was great and this one was the icing on the cake. I loved how everything was different and Joe I loved your dancing that you did when you did your solo stuff, Jordan you kicked ass. Danny I always love watching you break dance, Jon you work it, and Donnie your sexy fine ass looked good in those Texas boxers. Everyone did so great I can’t wait till you guys come back to Texas, I hope Corpus Christi is on your summer tour cause we are ready. I have to say though that you guys really do love your fans. We went towards the buses after the show and Jordan came around and shook hands and said hi, Donnie signed autographs gave kisses and shook hands as well. Jon did all those as well, but what blew me away was I saw a fan hand her cell phone over to him and he talked on the phone with her for a bit and he also said hi to my friend’s daughter on her video camera and gave kisses. How sweet and awesome is that, I did not do the M&G cause I did not have the cash for it but the guys doing this so made up for it. I left the concert being on cloud 9 and I still am in awwww. What can I say you guys rocked it Saturday night in Texas, I love each and everyone of you guys, thank you for giving me a night that I will remember for the rest of my life.

I am so happy you guys are back in the states!! I can’t wait to go to the Columbus, OH show next month!!! I have been to two of your concerts and I am so ready for this one too!! You guys put on the BEST concerts -BETTER than any one else I have ever seen in concert!!! I am sure all the spring shows will be AWESOME- hat or no hat!! OMG!!!! what a show on Saturday. These guys are soooo cute. The meet n greets could of been a little longer to where we could of got their autographs. But nontheless, it was awesome. The show was out of this world…Joey you can sing like nobody’s business and you are so handsomem along with Jordan, Jon, Danny and Donnie. All of you guys are so down to earth and so very friendly. Jon and Jordan greeted me just like if they had known me forever and that is what was so neat about it all. I will ALWAYS BE A BLOCKHEAD!!!

I’m still holding out for an Arkansas concert, but if there isn’t one, I’ll understand. Unfortunately, with my schedule, that’s the only way I’ll get to see you all, but that’s the way it goes sometimes.

It was a dream come true for me to see you all for the first time ever! I had mentioned to one of my friends how bad I wanted to see you and she gave me tickets for my b-day and it was the best gift ever. I lost my voice and i’m here at work still thinking “I can’t belive I was there!” I loved your show, and it definatly made my birthday so special. The only sad part is, I was not able to take pictures and I don’t know if I will ever see you again in concert. You will always be in my memory but I would have loved to have picturs of that day. There was so many people with cameras and I left mine behind because I was afraid they would not let me in. Thanks for the great concernt and keep up the good work. P.S. you all look so good!

My friend and I saw your show in San Antonio back in October. AWESOME! Never been more excited, felt like a teenager again for the first time in a VERY long time. lol Then, we drove 5 hours this past weekend to see you guys in Hidalgo. It was a great show. Well worth the drive. I would drive further to see you guys again. Your shows defeninitely do not disappoint. I am soooo glad your tour was extended!

I was at your Hidalgo show and it was amazing. I was also at your San Antonio show in October. And I must say, I love the changes. I really liked your new set. Love the dancing at the end of it. Very Fred Astaire-ish. It fits in well with your most recent solo cd, which I love by the way. You covered some of my favorite songs. I tried so hard to get to meet you guys, to no avail. I met one of your stage guys, Kentucky at the hotel bar. I even met your wife and your son and your dog outside the hotel, but she said you were asleep. She was really nice and friendly. She used my camera to take a picture of me and my sister. Your son is so adorable. He looks just like you. Well, I hope you guys can make it back to Texas soon. If not, I really hope you guys will put out a dvd of the concert…

Joe I was at the Hidalgo show and it was absolutely amazing. This is my third concert and I loved and appreciated all the changes. Your medley was the most amazing to me. Hey Joe I was so focused on recording your solo medley that I totally forgot that you usually wear ahat while doing it. Hat or no hat you are always a class act performer Hey don’t tell Donnie, but Face the Music is my favorite ablum. Don’t get me wrong I like the Block, but I love Face the Music. I bought two cassettes back in 1994- one for my car and one for my house. Since you’ll announced your Reunion I started working out to the Face the Music cassettes I wore both of them out and had to buy the Cd from Amazon.
I’m hope you’ll will add some songs from the Face the Music album. A few of my favorites are Girls, Keep on Smilin’, Keeping my Fingers Crossed, Since you walked into my Life, Mrs. Right and I’ll Still Be Loving You. Face the Music is my favorite album because it is totally Nkotb. Glad you added Call it what You want to the line up. The Hidalgo Concert Rocked. Have a great Spring Tour . Saw u at Hidalgo,TX and let me tell u I work at a high school and today, Monday u guys were the talk. We sounded like the teenagers at our school. Loved ur show, damn have u changed from a young blue-eyed kid to a very handsome and gorgeous man. U left so soon, u were the only I didn’t get to meet and I had to give u a message from my mom. I’ve told myself several times to keep cool and not to loose my head over this whole thing….but everytime I watch your medley at the Hammersmith Apollo, and I hear the crowd singing along, I get goosebumps and think “I wanna be there right now, I wanna be part of the whole thing, I wanna do it all over again!!”
You guys are the best!! I don’t what we will do after this whole thing is over…I really don’t know

I will come all the way from Frankfurt/Germany to LA to see you guys on April 18th at the Hollywood Palladium. I can’t wait to see the new changes! And it doesn’t matter if you will be on stage with hat or no hat, I love you anyways!

I can never say enough how happy I am that this is happening to all of us. I had given up hope years ago that this reunion would ever happen. I was content to follow solo projects to show my appreciation for your craft; I have to pinch myself from time to time. Words can not express my genuine gratitude to you 5 men for doing this for us again. Hope you come back to Colorado in the summer months…I will save up to get more face time cause I think I deserve it!

Hi Joe,
I was at the concert in Hidalgo, TX and I was completely blown away! You all rock! I was in one of the groups of fans that took pictures with you all before the concert, and all I can say is “WOW.” It has taken almost twenty years to get close enough to take a picture with you all, but it was worth the wait.
Several of my friends also made it to the concert and they are still raving about the show! We all hope we get to see you again sometime. Don’t forget the Latinas down here that love you!

Thanks for another awesome show tonight in Louisiana. What an amazing blessing it is to be experiencing all of this again 20 years later. And as I told Donnie The awesome thing is I am getting to share it with my little girls. My 7 yr old went to the concert with me tonight and she had so much fun. I’m ashamed to say but she knows the words to the new songs better than I do. It was pretty cool to watch her singing them tonight. The concert tonight was exactly 19 years to the day since the last time ya’ll were here. Thank you for doing this again. I don’t know if your wife and little one travel with you, but if not I know it has to be hard to be away from them. You guys are awesome and I love ya’ll. God bless. Oh, and we wouldn’t care if you did your dance with the hat or not. It’s all good:)

I just wanted to let ya’ll know that although there wasn’t the greatest turn out at the Shreveport concert, your diehard fans were there and had the time of their lives! We had so much fun seeing ya’ll again and hope you try and come back to the area. I really felt like a teenager again, except this time with beer!

I have to say that you guys ROCKED Tulsa Monday night! I was there almost 20 years ago and was SSOO far away from the stage. This time, I took my daughter for her 12th birthday and we were SSOO much closer….hopefully we don’t have to wait another 20 years for ya’ll to come back. I’ve loved you more of my life than not and, I have to say….you guys have aged WELL and are sexier than hell!!!
So glad to see that you had your hat for your medley, but I’d almost guarantee that you pulled off the “phantom hat” moves with no problems…you’re great like that!
Please come back soon…don’t wait til I have to take my grandkids, because I would damn sure do it! I’m committed…now, always, and forever!!

I love your enthusiasm. I agree, the hat was probably cool, but you just gotta keep on moving like you choose to do. I will definitely admit that you have great fans. I am definitely one of them. I am headed to Champaign, IL to see you guys again, whooo hooo! Hey, btw, make sure you say “Girl” a whole lot, my friend and I are going to play drinking games at the show and that’s gonna be her word. Any time any of you say or sing “girl” she’s gotta drink up! Oh yeah!! 
LMAO Ya know, it’s been a rough couple of years, being a grown up is tough stuff. I’ve got a marriage falling apart, young kids involved, working my butt off, blah blah blah blah blah, but you guys give us girls something to really look forward to, something DIFFERENT to look forward to, that’s just for us. Not that we don’t appreciate our lives and our kids, but something for US to look forward to, to make us feel like kids again. I’ll have you know, ya’ll gave me the greatest gift….This reunion prompted me to get back in touch with one of my best friends from jr high who I hadn’t been in contact with since high school graduation in 1994. We’ve talked continuously since getting tickets to your reunion concert in St. Louis in November and have now reconnected in a way that we’ll probably now always keep up with each other…. As the New Kids reunite, so do the fans…what you’re doing is amazing and we are sooo happy to be along for the party with you guys!!! Even if you do lose your hat, or your shirt, or….whatever.

You definitely had your hat in Biloxi!!! I love every bit of the show. The last time I went to a show was in Auburn, AL 17 years ago!! I was suppose to go to the Atlanta show in October with a friend, however, my husband took a new job and no one could watch my four kids. I was upset, but what can you do? I have a five year old, two year old, and eighteen month twins. Two weeks ago, my husband surprises me with tickets to Biloxi and I was thrilled telling me “these are the tickets I cost you”. He went with me and he liked the show too.
Joe, I also want to let you know that your son is so sweet. I met him and your wife (very sweet too) Saturday afternoon. He was playing behind a potted plant, and him and I were playing peek-a-boo. He reminded me of my 18 month son. He even approached me, jabbering away…very pleasant child. You guys did good!!!
Thank you guys for getting back together. It means more than you know!! Keep up the good work and God Bless!!!

The show was great as usual and we had 2nd row on LOCK!!!!! Me and my girls drove down from Houston to HELLdago and you guys are definitely the ONLY reason we would ever go down there, lmao!!
Question: Why is Donnie so ANTI-TEXAS???? We gets NO love from him!! After reading these blogs it’s almost as if he didn’t even bring his fine a$$ here! Guess we weren’t “on fire” for him!! Don’t get me wrong…we love him…and are grateful that you guys even come here!! but last fall he was SICK while in TX and now…again…no love! You were so playful with the crowd that night—made my girl Whitney SMILE
Donnie on the other hand was almost non-existent as far as connecting with us!! Wonder why he was sooo distracted??.. I dunno!! We STILL love him though!! The N**** we love to hate!!
