Hi everyone,
Thank you so much for all your love and support through out the first leg of the tour. This is just the beginning of an amazing journey. I also want people to know I don’t need a rest. I am having the time of my life. I love meeting all of you in meet and greets. I love riding the bus with Donnie. I love the whole experience.
The only negative thing is missing my kids. I am looking forward to spending the Christmas break with them. My daughters have turned into the biggest New Kids fans. We have replaced Miley and the Jonas Brothers. My teenage boys have enjoyed every second of it and both have told me numerous times they are proud of me. It’s not easy balancing my kids, NKOTB, and Halcyon jets. Thank goodness for ichat.
I have so much to be thankful for. I am so thankful you guys are along for the ride. More shows in 2009 to come. Stay tuned.

That must be so tough…my dad was never around but I know when my uncle is gone for long periods of time it’s very hard so I can only imagine! That being said though…you guys were great…I was at the nokia and staples shows. Lol I was the girl who during the tonight segment at nokia who got pushed into the aisle right after you hugged that cute little girl…lol I think her mother enjoyed that hug more than the little girl! Thank you for all the sacrifices you made to give this to us, your supporters. I know it’s not easy to be away from your kids; I have two myself and I miss them terribly when they’re away at grandparents for the day.

Thank YOU for making this first leg of the tour so amazing. Tacoma was unbelievable and even tho it was my first new kids concert in 20 years and I have nothing to compare it to, I left there feeling astonished and ready for more! Bring on the new shows!!!
It humbles the whole thing when you talk about missing your kids. I was away from mine for two nights and I was homesick for them… I cant imagine being gone so long and certainly hope you get some very precious quality time with them in your time off.
Until then, thank you again… cant wait to do this in ‘09!

Replacing Miley & Jonas Brothers?! Now that’s a big deal! We watch a lot of Hannah Montana, but my 4 yr old does love New Kids (her fave is Jon). She’s learning your names, & plays with my old stuff - dolls, bracelets, lunchbox. My 10 yr old son is quite embarrassed that his mom is acting like the girls he goes to school with, but he needs to learn…I’m not old! I don’t think everyone was meaning you guys need a “rest” from being a New Kid.
We were talking about needing a break to spend time with your kids/family.
All of you need personal time with your kids/families, we “supporters” know that.
Family is the most important thing in the world. (that’s why I brought my daughter to Tacoma…to share in this experience with me)
Its wonderful to hear your kids love your music, and what you’re doing.
So enjoy your “rest” and we will have each and every one of you in our thoughts and prayers.

The ride has been amazing for us as it has for ya’ll!! Although we can not travel with ya’ll, being able to share your experiences with us on the blog has its own rewards!!!thank all the fellas for taking time off ya’lls busy scheduale and sharing some precious time and moments with us, not too many groups take time off to do that for their ’supporters’ and for this, we will follow ya’ll to the end of the earth, that’s how special you guyz are!!!Have fun in Mexico, hope to see you close-up. A little bit of advice, don’t go anywhere alone. Mexico is a beautiful country, make sure you see the best it has to offer. Happy be-lated b-day to Jon. Enjoy ya’lls break when you get back. And please, please, please, coming from just about the whole city of Austin, can ya’ll do a stop here? Went to the concert in San Anton and Houston, but you skipped Austin all together. Why? Not that i wouldn’t travel to see you guys(seeing you in Mexico!), but Austin is right in the center of both cities, why wouldn’t you do a show there? just a thought. can’t wait to purchase tickets for the next summer tour ‘09…yeah baby!!! I am glad you are enjoying it. I must admit, we are ALL enjoying it. This is the time of my LIFE and nothing is gonna change it for me. I have said before that you guys have made MY dreams come true by coming back, now it is like walking on clouds.

Just wanted to say that if any of us have told you to take a rest its out of caring! After last weeks incident with Donnie and his just missing an accident we worry, we have worried well before that as well! Im glad you guys are all having a blast! It’s fun for us to watch and glad that I am part of it. As for riding on the bus with Donnie I would love to be on that bus, you two sure seem to have a lot of fun!!! lol..
I bet you miss your kids, I have 1 daughter who is 3 and I miss her everytime we are apart, cant imagine being apart for months at a time. That is music to my ears to hear that your not tired of all this craziness!! My biggest fear was that after this tour you guys would disband again & our hearts would break harder this time!! I’m SO thankful that you guys are having the time of your lives & that you have taken the time to express this!! I feel truly blessed to have shared in this whole experience with you all at your concert in Edmonton, AB where I sitting front row & got some fantastic pictures of you guys. As well, I also was fortunate to have met all of the guys except for you!!… *sniff sniff*. My only regret about the whole thing was not following you guys to Calgary & Vancouver & not being able to meet ALL of you!!!!!
I FREAKED out when I found out that you guys would not be done touring after leaving North America. I am SO looking forward to seeing you all again. I cannot WAIT. Once was NOT enough & I need MORE!!

Im really glad that you will be touring in the Summer. I understand about missing your children. I was only gone for two days for your concert, and I thought I was going to go insane from missing my babies.. I couldnt even imgaine being gone for months at a time. I know that you all have been thanked time and time again for coming back — so I will take this opportunity to thank Your kids! Thank’s Daniel Jr. Anthony, Chance and Vega for sharing your awesome Dad with us all these months! Your Dad has brought allot of NKOTB fans allot of joy and a whole bunc of fun the past year or so! We know that you have been missing him as much as He misses You all - so make great use of the Christmas break to do a ton of family things! Take a lot of new pictures and put them where they are easy to see when you miss your “Pop’s!”

Hug your kiddo’s and enjoy your time off. YES occasionally you do need rest and you aren’t hurting my feelings by taking care of yourself. You guys are not 50 people and the effects of the tour (I.E.- Donnie’s near collision) will start taking their toll. (Take the words of advice from your own song “Hero”).
Please take the time to care for yourself first. I would rather have more opportunities to see you perform, then read the headlines from something tragic..

Danny thank you. I live Dannytown and we love you. We were just talking about how you were like Santa and you knew when we needed to hear from you from vlogs to blogs. We have been on itunes purchasing OFD what an amazing album thanks for that in addition to The Block.

I am glad you are all still having fun. I know I am. I am pretty sure my family and friends are going to do an NKids intervention soon. I had so much fun at the two concerts that I went to and I listen all of my Nk CDs all the time. I really don’t know how you will outdo this tour and CD, but if anyone can it’s you guys! And I really can’t wait to have you try! I know it must be hard to be with out your kids I cant even imagin just the 3 days I was away from mine to come see you in Denver was hard for me,but my kids were ok as I am srue yours are, My kids too are big New Kids fans well my 6 year old son anyway he loves your music my daughter well shes almost 12 and the Jonas Brothers are top on her list but I tell her everyday they will never compare anyway i catch het sisnig New Kids songs old and new all the time,
But thank you DANNY for the Face time in Denver you were vewry sweet and took the time out for us and that means alot,I am glad to see that you say thereis more to come in 2009 cause we are all waiting for the big anaounment for a summer tour,Thats all the Blockheads want for Christmas.

I can’t tell you how much I enjoyed meeting you at the M&G in Philly and meeting your brother in Atlantic City. You both were so kind and genuine. It meant so much to me that your brother stopped to talk to me for a few minutes while I was waiting in line in AC and thanked me for wearing the NKOTB for the cure tank top. Danny we are all thankful for you guys coming back. I know it is hard to balance a career and kids, but it seems like you have done a great job racing your kids. I am much exited for 2009 tour. I was not able to meet you guys in person, but I am hopping I will be able next year.
How was your first show in Mexico? I was hopping to be able to attend one, but these first two weeks of December are very busy in the mortgage industry since the majority of the loans need to be closed by December 23rd.
It was nice to see you blog, hope you continue to do so. Have a great holiday with your family.

Hey Danny, You are very welcome and I would like to thank you and the guys for giving me the best time and concert,in Denver, that I’ve seen for a long time. It brought back so much memories and how I felt the first time I seen you guys, it was GREAT!!! Glad to hear you are still enjoying it! Even though it’s been nearly a full year since I realised this was happening I still have to pinch myself. I can’t quite believe I will see you guys perform 4 times in January. I can’t wait, it’s going to be so much fun - thinking it about it gives me the ‘excitement bubbles’… (Only way I can really describe it, excitement bubbling up from my tummy into my chest then makes me feel like I’m just going to bubble over with excitement!)

I LOVE that the first thing I saw when I came on the site is your blog!!! You are THE MAN! Thank you for just making my day! You are the BEST, and if you ever get the chance to visit DannyTown, you will see that NKOTB coming back has brought together a virtual community that shares one big thing in common: YOU! We play nice, we are drama free and we love you! DannyTown is the place to be! If you guys give us the Summer Tour that we are all waiting for, we have so many surprises in store for you *wink,wink*!!!!! =) I hope you guys know that you have given a lot of us something that we can never repay you for. I have made so many wonderful friends here and I owe it all to you guys, but especially to you! Some day I hope I get the chance to meet you, although I will probably not be able to form words, you have that effect on me! There is one big requests that DannyTown has: Please bring back Room Full of Smoke 2! We have to have it! It has become our personal mission to have you bring it back! I would also like to request that you sing more on stage! We can not get enough of you and want to see you sing some of your solo songs live!!! I have been lucky enough to see NKOTB four times in my life, two times were this past tour, once in Boston and the other time at Mohegan. I feel like I am 9 all over again! It’s so good to hear from you! I’m sure it’s very hard to be away from your kids for so long at a time. I’m away from mine just when I’m at school during the day and I can’t wait to see them everyday when I pick them up. I can’t wait to hold them and breathe them in and love every precious moment.
As any parent knows, it’s always hard to balance our adult responsibilities with family time. It’s just part of being a parent. Just have a wonderful time with your family over the break. You’ve earned it! Those nights of family dinners and watching a movie may seem mundane to some people, but you know and so do I how precious those nights are. Enjoy them! (I know you will.)
Take care and have a wonderful Christmas! I am looking forward with all my heart to seeing a show again. Danny–you reached into my heart that night in Kansas City. Even though I didn’t get to meet you, it felt like you were singing just for me. I can’t wait for more of that.

I can only imagine the feeling of missing your kids as the parent of 4 kids I miss them every moment I am not with them as a matter of fact when I went to the concert in Tampa they had to stay over there grandmothers and I came home at 3 got up at 5 so i could hurry to get them. well I am truly looking forward to the 2009 tour and saving to take my daughter who is now a big nkotb fan. much luv enjoy your Holidays.

I said this in response to a blog by Joe and I will say it again… We can keep up the momentum if you guys can! I know I can’t afford to travel around the country to catch show after show, and i am really glad some of the fans can, but I promise anytime you are within 200 miles of me, I am there! Please don’t let this be the last album, PLEASE go back to the studio and create more magic. I know this must be hard to be away from your kids and I would support a 2 week break every other month if it means keeping you guys on the road more. This has been my saving grace this year, life kinda sucks with the bad economy here in michigan and me without a job because of it, and having you all back has helped to keep me smiling and moving forward.

My 4 1/2 year old likes to call you guys the Jonas Brothers because it always gets a big repsonse from me, his idea of a little joke! I know you hear it all the time but thank you so much for coming back. This time it feels more personal. I’m not sure why maybe it’s the blogs you leave us that it feels like we can connect to you on a more personal level. It means the world to us to be able to share this experience again.
My parents would also like to thank you for coming back now so they are no longer have to foot the bill for the concert tickets, the buttons, the programs, the posters, the tshirts, the fan club, and all of the other items I begged them to buy for me. My pocketbook is a little lighter but I’ve learned to appreciate how much my parents indulged me as a teenager and I love them all the more for it!

That is so great to hear that the tour is helping keep you energised and you are enjoying every moment, i think even more so because we know that you have lots and lots and lots more of us that want to meet and greet and see you guys in action for as many hours and days as is humanly possible
We worry that to go from doing things at a regular and familiar pace to being mass demanded again with a whirlwind can take its toll on anyone, especially as you said with yours and all of you guys other commitments and responsibilities, we are very lucky to have you back and look very much forward to the second European leg of the tour.
I hope that you get to enjoy your christmas break just as much as the first leg of this tour and that you get to share and feel the connection with your family up close and personal again for a while, I am so glad your kids are proud and s’about time they got to hear something other than Jonas Brothers lol, keep the artistic interest nice and rounded
(plus my toyboy days are not so prominent now :p )
It is soooo cool to see you father be successful on many levels and individual and in a team, and they more than know the hard work and commitment but get to see that sometimes work can have it’s fun and rewards, a mass combination that is not in any way easy to achieve, especially when you take knocks such as losing a parent yourself, and then more so because they know they are not forgotten.
Your video blogs have been HILLLLLLLARIOUS, entertaining, interesting and pure quality and helped me feel connected to the band so well done and of course keep ‘em comming lol

It’s awesome that your sons can tell you such a wonderful thing. We are all proud of you as fans/supporters (as Joe calls us). And Donnie needs it too- he should not drive his car again when he is tired!! Please tell him. We still need him…

Meeting you once in New York at the May 16th Today Show was more than what I could ever ask for. Meeting you for a second time, this time in our hometown was incredible. THANK YOU for your kindness and love. I felt every bit of it the two times I met you. I felt it at the concert. I feel it through your music (both your solo efforts as well as The Block).
So there really will be another tour, eh? THANK YOU. (see? you guys give us so many reasons to thank you over and over…and then you wonder why?
I love you, Danny. I will never forget how you treated me the two times (so far…hehe) we’ve met. Your mother was not wrong about you, NOT that I every doubted her for a second!, you are an amazing “boy” (as she called you) and I loved meeting you. You have something really special inside in your heart, and the most humbling thing of all, is that you are so willing to share it with the world.

It’s been an amazing experience for me too! I never thought I would be able to see you guys in concert. I was 8 years old when I started listening to your music. At that time I never went to any concerts. I’m 26 now and I’m just blown away at how awesome you guys are on stage. I mean really, you guys are awesome! I’m also happy that you guys will be back next year. So Thank you for making one of my dreams come true. The other is to meet you guys of course. I want you guys to enjoy your break and be safe. Awww..Danny, THANK YOU!! We have enjoyed this ride so far and myself, can NOT wait for more, this past year is truly one I will NEVER forget and I have you and the rest of the guys to thank for that. As a mom of 3 young kids and working full time, I find it very hard to juggle everyday life, I can’t even imagine how much you miss your kids. I am real glad that you will have a nice..LONG break with them for the holidays, I mean, there is no place like home for the holidays!

I am so happy that you’re enjoying all of this so much! You can be sure we are right there with you - there are just not enough words for how amazing this ride has been, so far.
I can’t possibly imagine what this has all been like for you guys, particularly being without your kids. I don’t have children, so I just wouldn’t know… but I can guess at how hard that would be. That you are willing to juggle all the different pieces of your life to be able to do this again with the other guys, with US… means so much. That you’re able to be away from your kids for longer periods of time than I’m sure you would like to be, is just another example of how incredibly special and important you guys make us feel, and I hope beyond hope that we have returned that feeling, that we are showing our appreciation enough, in the right ways, that you know we understand the sacrifices you’re making and we won’t ever stop being grateful.
Needing rest or not, I am thrilled that you all have the month off to spend time with your families and friends and do other things that you’re involved and interested in.
It’s been said many times in the forums, we would like to have you all with us for a good, long time, and if that means breaks, time off, time between albums and tours, that’s okay. That’s good. We don’t expect the crazy pace that you kept up the first time around, but we’d be heartbroken to see you go after just a year or two! We know that’ll mean more juggling of all the different parts of your lives… I just hope its something that you’re all up for, and that it’s possible. I would hate to see all of THIS become a strain on your personal lives or other careers, I would never want for it to become hard and stressful. So I’m hoping, so much, that it’s something that can be balanced out and that we (you and us) are able to ‘have it all’. 
Tell your daughters that they are very smart girls with impeccable taste for choosing NKOTB over those others.
And tell your sons that… we’re proud of you too. This year has been amazing, thanks to you guys, and 2009 just can’t get here soon enough!
I hope you have a wonderful holiday and a fantastic New Year. Enjoy your time off, and we’ll all be here when the tour starts back up.

You have yet to come to the UK yet, HMV/London Hotel were just a teaser….we are getting really excited over here and can’t wait to welcome you back. Danny, thanks for the very sweet blog. It’s strange, but sometimes I feel guilty for being one of the fans that loves you guys so much and for being part of the reason that you guys have to leave your families and lives, once again, to go on tour - for us. But then I remember that you’re on this tour as much for yourselves as you are for us! Thank you again and again for putting up with the negative parts of this tour like being away from your family. I will have to say that 2008 has been the best year of my life.. Summertime will forever be my anthem…. Thank you guys for that….It seems like you guys have been on tour forever but really it has only been 3 months (everyday) I think you all need some rest, especially after reading that Mr. Donnie Wahlberg got in to a car accident….But I thank God that he is OK. You thank us and we thank you! You thank us all the time for being dedicated fans, but the truth is, that you all have given us something positive to listen too. If your music was not timeless, then you would not have the following that you have had for the past 20 years. So THANK YOU!!
I have the luxury of being able to stay at home with my two children and work from home as well. You have obviously done a wonderful job in raising 4 fantastic children that support you and love you- it runs in a circle- they mimic what they see. They obviously see you give and so they give back. Good job on you!
The Montreal show and meet and greet was a dream come true for me after 20 years. The Calgary show, meet and greet was even more fantastic (even though we had more face time in Montreal) and being able to share it with two of my sisters was priceless.
I hope that I can see you all again in the future and bring my oldest sister with me this time! God bless and safe travels. Enjoy the holiday season that is upon us and we will see you in 2009!

Thank you ever so much for everything you’ve done for us fans thus far.
It sucks that you only did one show in Pennsylvania hopefully that’ll change for the summer of 09 Hershey anyone??????(HINT HINT)
Also i wanted to thank you for the blog of the entrance of your show where you come out of the stage starting with Single and show the crowd.
I’ve always wanted to have the experience for myself to see what it would be like to live your life and your schedule for one day.
I may never get that chance but you’ve helped me experience some of the magic you guys have felt and experienced for many years.

I am very grateful for you and Donnie and Jordan being willing to do this tour even though it has meant time away from your children who have little lives of their own and can’t be out on the road. I just want to say “Thank You” for making this the time of our lives. I would have never thought I would be in my 30’s going to your concerts and acting like I was 12 again. You know, as much as we’ve enjoyed this, I’ve guiltily thought about you and your families a lot. I don’t have children yet, but I can’t leave my dog for more than a few days without missing him like crazy. I can’t IMAGINE leaving kids and going around the world for several months… y’all are amazing. You’ve given so much to us by doing this, and after listening to your interviews (especially when you knock Donnie out and speak up), I think you really “get” what this means to us. Everything you’ve said, the girls’ nights out, rekindling old friendships… this has even made me closer to one of my husband’s friend’s wives because we’re both nuts about you! We don’t judge each other! I’m so glad that y’all do “get” us, and that’s another reason why other boy bands and their fans can’t hold a candle to you or us. You’ve got “the right stuff”, plain and simple. Always have, always will.
Gotta give a shout out to my boo D-Dub — baby, my husband knows… you’re my freebie, and NOLA misses you like crazy.

It’s you and the other guys WE should be thanking. You can’t even imagine what you’ve done for your supporters by doing this reunion. You know you’ve taken us all back to a special time of our younger days and reconnect with old friends, but you’ve also allowed some of us to share something special with our kids. I know my son will never forget this experience, you’ve replaced Miley for him as well and are neck in neck with the Jonas Brothers. (although he thinks your concert was way better then the Jonas Brothers’) Most of us have made new, wonderful friends as well. And on a personal note, you’ve helped me relive one of the last things I got to share with my mom before she died.
So thank you for what you’ve all already done, and for anything else you feel you want to do for us down the road. Can’t wait to see you in ‘09! Be safe and enjoy your international shows!

Boy, I missed my Danny love at the M-N-G in Omaha on 11-12-08!!! I still have my love coming from you! We were rushed in and out of there so fast. But I was there in St. Paul on 10-21, in KC on 11-11 and then Omaha on 11-12 and I got “hand-lovin”, if not hugs, from you every time. Still, I need to have those huge arms wrapped around me at least once in this lifetime.
I know that you know how much we appreciate you guys being back. I know you’ve been told hundreds, probably thousands of times. But don’t ever get complacent or forget it. We’ll never forget you. I can’t think of any other fans that have gotten to re-live their days with ‘their boys’ like we have with you.
For me it came at the most difficlut time in my life with my boys, aged 9 and 7. Believe me, I now know what its like to miss your children. At least you talk to and can see yours. Never take the little things for granted. Love them with all your heart, and never miss the opportunity to say so.
You guys look and sound awesome!!! Better even than back in the day. Btw, I happen to think your fans (supporters?) look pretty hot too!

Once again, I know it sounds like a broken record, but thank you. You are so worth every moment. As a parent I know it is hard to stay away from you kids, and you try to do everthing in your power to make them happy and keep them healthy. Just look at it like this… They know how much you love them, they see it in everything you do. When you are on stage you are making others happy and that instills a great lesson in them. Not to mention a great sense of pride.. They know the feelings that you have for them, but some lessons are harder to learn than others. How to make others truly happy, and how to put others before yourself is one of them. Even though they may not be with you in form, they are always with you in spirit. I travel too, and its rough. Just keep smiling, knowing that what you are doing is a wonderful and blessed thing. Look at the lessons that you are teaching them at an early age, some dont learn them in a lifetime. Its a good thing. Most important dont froget the power of three little words that can mean so much… I love you.

Danny, first and for most… I would like to thank you and the rest of the guys for coming back, and giving us all the chance to meet and greet you! It was the best night of my life, when I saw you guys in MN… As for you saying the first leg of the tour! Is there talk about a second leg tour? If so, that would be beyond awesome! What I also think is WAY beyond awesome, and very cute, is that your daughters are the biggest NKOTB fans… I think its great that ya’ll replaced Miley aka Hannah and the Jonas Brothers. From what I see and hear… That’s a great thing! They seem to be EVERYWHERE, but here of course. Haha! As for your sons saying their proud of you… So am I! I think what your all doing is amazing.

DANNY…wow how super sweet…you see Joe’s been my fave kid on the block for the last 20ish years or so but damn you and Jon are really giving him a run for his money this time around. Really all you guys are very very special. It’s so beautiful to see you guys really enjoying this as much as your fans. It’s really amazing to see nobody (fans included) taking anything for granted. I guess this has just been a wonderful ride for all involved! I know us fans certainly are having the times of our lives. I hope we’re showing you the appreciation you deserve and not just making your lives crazy all over again. I went to two shows and did the M&G in STL and I have to say that YOU made a real impression on me! Just check my page if you don’t believe me (Jon and Danny’s Drama Queen).
Anyway, I know we’ve said it again and again, but THANK YOU for doing this…you definately have a lot on your plate. I hope you have a Merry Christmas at home with your kids where you belong. That’s where I’ll be, but you’ll still be in my heart!

I’m always touched by your humbling posts. You were the first one to approach me at the M&G during my group, and I was also touched by your kind words. How is it that you are single?
There’s no reason for your kids not to be proud of you. Their dad is a part of one of the greatest groups in music history (and a heartthrob)!! I hope you have been able to find ways to include your kids in this journey.
I love your words….”first leg of the tour”, “beginning of an amazing journey”, “more shows in 2009 to come”. You are such a tease! My one request….okay, WISH for the holidays is that you officially announce the 2009 US tour. Lots of summer plans (include travel to various states) are planned for the summer and I absolutely don’t want to miss the performances in TX!

I just want to tell you and the other guys thank you again for helping the stress of life go away!! I have had the worst day, but when it was finally over, I put in the The Block and I was no longer stressed! The music and the thought of you guys made me smile!! How will I handle stress if there is not a second album?? I love you guys so much for what you do for us fans!
P.S. Over Thanksgiving, I went through my closet at my parents house that had alot of old stuff of mine in it. Well, guess what I found?? I found some NKOTB cards (kinda like baseball cards) from 1990!! I put them in a frame! I had more cards of Joey because he was my one and only back then, but there were others also!
Well,I better go. It’s already 11:30 at night and I still have about 3 hours of school work to do and I have to be at work at 9:00 in the morning. Sometimes I think…Dawm responsibilities…why can’t I just stay up late listening to the New Kids?? It’s all good, I graduate in the Spring!! Which is why you guys need to go on a summer tour to the cities you have not yet visited! I can’t think of a better graduation present!!!
No pressure, I know you all have families and I am thankful for what you all have done!!

I hope you enjoy the well deserved time off with your kids. Glad to see they support dad so much, and they probably miss you so much too. I am also very glad to see the part about shows to come in 2009 because I am ready for my 2nd NK show. If I didn’t say it before, then I will say it now. The Tacoma show ROCKED, and I am glad to know that so many of the Oregon Fans(like me) made the road trip too.
On a personal note, you made me cry when you all did the remember those we lost segment of the show. I too lost my mom to Cancer, and it feels like forever ago, but it’s only been a year and a half. I have to say THANK YOU for the album Second Face, and the first track on the CD. I listen to it very LOUDLY when I am feeling down and it makes me feel better. Your music does wonders for the soul.
Once again, have a great holiday season. See you on the road next summer.

So great to hear from ya…I can only imagine the total Blast ya having…we are living it through ya’s…I do know how it feels being away from ya kids even for a day. I know it’s sad..even when my kids are driving me crazy, I try and go away for a break (which is rare) lol….and I totally wish I was with them, I love experiencing things with them and seeing their reactions when they see or do something for the first time hehe..So, if we can manage it, i’ll take all 3 kids along with me to one of ya concerts if/when ya Tour here next year…

I have no idea how you do it - I went to NYC for 4 days in October, leaving my 2 wonderful daughters in the care of my MIL. I cried every night - I couldn’t stand not being home to tuck them in and read them stories each night. Thank you for doing this tour - we all appreciate the sacrifices your making. Please wish everyone a “Funky, Funky Christmas” for me and don’t forget to turn the fireplace off so Santa won’t get burned!

I want to appreciate you guys for coming back of this year and made all of us proud again. I was born before “Step By Step” album was released until I got older, you guys changed boy band history. My older sister and my two cousins told me about your success back then. To me, you guys are the best boy band in the world and the Spice Girls are the best girl band in the world too. After you guys disbanded, I knew their was a possibility that you guys will come back to do a reunion tour like the Spice Girls and my prediction was right. In five months, I will be graduating from high school and I wish that you guys will be there along with the Spice Girls. The performance in Denver was amazing, I was very close to you guys where the stage with the piano was and I was standing on the chair waving my arms at you guys. Funny part was everyone was throwing their bras and underwears at you guys. LOL. I was going to throw my red beanie that had the Bruins, Red Sox, Celtics, and Patriots on it but I didn’t because my mother would have kill me if I did since it was expensive. Jordan’s two kids, Donnie’s two kids, Joey’s son, Jon not yet, and your four kids, Danny, will always support you guys no matter what. “I’ll Be Loving You (Forever)” Danny, Donnie, Joey, Jon, and Jordan! Hi Danny,
I wanted to come to the Atlanta show, but I was not able to fly over, because I needed to be operated.
Now I need to wait till you guys come over to Amsterdam to see you guys. I can not wait till I meet you guys after so long.
About missing your kids, it must be very hard for you and the guys not seeing them every day.
I miss my kids already if I go to work. I call them immidaitely when they are coming back from school for a chat and can not wait till I can go home to play with my 1 year old son and talk about boyfriends and teenage problems with my two daugthers.
My oldest daughter is also a very big fan of NKOTB, thanks to mom, and will be there in Amsterdam.
I hope you will have a great time with your family and kids during the Christmas break. Enjoy….

I can only imagine how hard it is being away from your kids. I miss my son so much when I am at work and he is in daycare. Thank you so much for all you have done. I’m so glad to knwo that you all will be touring in 09 b/c I missed the second show in LA due to my broken leg. I got to the show it took me 40 minutes to walk on crutches asked for a wheel chair it took them 30 minutes to get it finally had to get my ticket but by that time I was hurting so bad I had to leave. I was so bummed. Love you guys so much! Take care and Have a wonderful Christmas with your family!

You letter brought tears to my eyes! We love you all and I know many of us truly appreciate all the time you are taking away from your families, friends and other careers! As I have noted several times in different blogs you have all put your whole hearts, souls and selves into this album and the tour and it is amazing!!! I am sure your kids are going to be over the moon to see you in person. Even my 6 year old will answer, when I ask if he wants on my music or his every other day he says “New Kids” and his music is the Jo Bros and High School Musical so he agrees with your children.
I have always enjoy New Kids. Anything that was downloadable before the annoucement of the Reunion I had. You all have always been on my iPod as well as my MP3 before that! I had only cassettes back in the day so those were not easy to listen to.
I hope you all have an amazing holiday season and may you all be close to your families and good friends. I am jealous that you will be in sunny Florida as we BeanTownies are freezin’ in the Bean.

Im late again usual…but actually, one day, not bad but ….the fans are so awesome and so loyal that I miss a day and im down 300 some msgs…wow.
So y’all keep sending us thanks and how yall couldn’t have done all this without us and how at awe y’all are that we’re still looking for more…but honestly hon…the kudos goes to all of you!! The impact you have had on all of us is nothing less than phenomenal and it really hit me as I partied with my Nk in DC girls this past weekend. As we laughed sang and danced, surrounded by nkotb memorabilia I was constantly struck at how surreal this whole experience has been. The squeals of excitement that bubbled out of us 20 years ago returned as we watched Hanging Tough Live…the goosebumps we all felt as when we first heard of the reunion came back as a clip of the today show was shown…and how continuously proud we are of your ever growing accomplishments were present as we watched, once again, the AMA performance from two weekends ago!! And as us girls revealed our gr8est nk memories, while creating a new one…and as we hugged our sad goodbyes after a wonderful nk filled reunion..it was there that I fully realized that, while yall wouldn’t have gotten to where you where without us…We fans wouldn’t have gotten to where we are today, gotten to meet the ppl we have formed such bonds with, nor gotten a chance to tell you just how much you mean to us…if yall weren’t such wonderful guys to come back to us!! And to be able to share this with your kids this time…so awesome!!
I really hope to see yall next year but if not…thankyou for making this the most memorable experience ever!!

I can’t even begin to imagine how much I would miss my son if I was in the same situation you guys are in!! I think sometimes as fans its easy to forget that you guys are just normal people who happen to lead extraordinary lives (because of your extraordinary talent). I’m glad that you’re having a great time and I hope this is just the beginning of a long reunion, however, we fans will try to understand if you do decide you need a break!

So great to hear from you Danny!! As a mommy, I can understand how much you must miss your kids. My husband and I have only left our 2 year old once overnight. I’m a stay at home mom so I’m with her all the time but my husband can’t bear to be away from her and working the hours he does kills him cause he only gets most of his time with her on the weekends. So I can only imagine how much you must miss your kids. That’s so sweet of your boys to tell you how proud they are of you! I love it that your daughters replaced Miley and the Jonas Brothers with you guys!!! They have great taste

Hey Danny,
I hope everything is going well. I am sure you are enjoying your time with your kids now. Make sure you take it all in one more time before you leave them to go back on the road. I can relate with you about missing your kids while you were away from them. This past summer, I went to Guatemala for 6 weeks to do volunteer work with families down there and I really missed my two kids. Though I was down there to do good work for their community, it was painful (literally in my stomach) to be away from them. I knew it would be hard to be away from them, but I had no idea how much it would hurt. When I returned home to them, I felt peace in my heart and I was happy, as I am sure you are now. But I think it made me realize how much more they mean to me and I really cherish every moment I can spend with them now. So make sure you do what ever it is you can to help you get through the time you will be away from them (pictures, one of their favorite toys, etc.).

hi danny, i know this will sound strange. i don’t have kids but i did raise my middle sister and when i know she is in perryton texas and i am in wylie she is my everything. she just got married and has a daughter i soooo want to see my niece really really bad. but i will have the time to spoil later it take the knowing that they all are in great hands to leave them but when u come home they give all the love in the world. merry christmas and a happy new year.
