Love the video Joe. I have to admit I am not quite sure what is going on that it was required. I guess those of us knew that the blog was done in good fun and was meant to make you think one way and then turn it around at the end and make you laugh. I believe just about everyone who read it knew where it was going from the beginning and it showed Jonathan’s prowess at keepping his audience riveted to the screen and entertained. Sometimes I think there are people in this world who just can’t stand it when others are so well loved and desired by so many. Keep up the great work guys. I am sure you have had a girlfriend or wife tell you this before but you just completely made my day! Today was one of my top 10 worst days! Traffic in the morning and evening on 128 in MA was RIDICULOUS! Then lots of crazy things happened at work and finally my son has a melt down as I am are trying to get him to sleep. I though I would curl into a ball and just cry until I felt better or fell asleep, then I remembered I needed to check my work email and I decided to check the NKOTB website to see where you all were performing tonight and there it was! The Leave Jon Alone peaked my interest! This has me laughing so hard I was crying and so I cried and laughed for about 15 minutes! Now I am typing and laughing! You guys are keeping my spirits up during my husband’s severe illness and other crazy events! Thank you so much! You guys are amazing!
It is finally winter in the BeanTown. In the winter my favorite thing is that you can truly see so many stars and constellations! This weekend I am going to sneak away to the beach for a run in Ipswich because I need a break and the beach does that for me! I’m not sure what the big scandal was about, I rather liked Jon’s little blog about his dog… Yeah, it was a little odd, but it made me smile. Joe, that was too funny. I was trying to be quiet so my roommates could study but that didn’t work. They couldn’t hear anything except my histarical laughing and they were looking at me like I was crazy, so then I had to read them Jon’s post and show them the video…but I still don’t think they understand. Thanks for the two funny videos in such a short period of time. They help me unwind after my stressful class schedual. Have a fun and safe Thanksgiving and I hope I get to see another show. Why would any1 want to pick on Jon over that blog… are we not all grown ups here? I snuggle up to my yorkie/beagle mix evey night and I wouldn’t have it any other way. A dogs love is pure and every1 needs that unconditional love… whether its from your husband, wife, boyfriend, girlfriend, cat, hampster, snake, or dog. That has to be the funniest thing I have seen since the last video of the After show “Let Down”. I could hardly stay on my seat I was laughing so hard. And just know that us true fans love all of you no matter what and could care less what some stupid trash site that has nothing better to do with there time then cause caos. GRRRRR - wish I could watch this at work!! Yet again, work is getting in the way of me & my New Kids!!! I will have to watch when I get home in about 5 hours.. grrr
BUT, on the plus side, 2 more sleeps till I board a plane & fly for over 18 hours to the other side of the world to come see you boys!! Cant wait. Facetime better exist because I’m coming a LOOONG way to get it!!

Sorry for my ignorance if this a stupid question (I’m only on this site a couple of times a week) but what the heck is going on? I noticed that Jon’s blog regarding his dog is missing and now looking at this video that Joe made - again, what the heck is going on? Was there a big backlash over Jon’s blog? If so, that’s really disappointing. That blog was extremely funny and creative and gave me a chance to see a different side (an awesome and wicked side) to Jon’s personality.
I worry that it’s stuff like this that’s going to cause them NOT to return for a Summer tour, which will tick me off because I didn’t get a chance to meet them this time around. Lighten up, people.

Why does EVERYTHING have to be SO blown out of proportion? This was a sweet attempt, Joe, to lighten the BS but I think that everything doesn’t have to be so darned melodramatic. This comment is not directed that any of the NK’s but to the fans and haters alike. We are all grown people and there is just no reason for this crap. (Trying very hard not to cuss sine we are PG) The blog was cute and there was no reason for this to be made into something discussing. It was OBVIOUSLY a joke and the only reason that this is even an issue is because Jon is the last to remain unmarried. I do not have a dog now but have in the past and there was nothing in the mention that was wrong or gross in my opinion. Yes, it was implying something else’s but only if you make assumptions.
Let us not forget what happens when you assume; you make an ASS out of U and ME!
All of this stems from questions about Jon’s personal life that are NONE OF ANYONES BUSINESS. Please let’s all just move on and grow the heck up! Let’s focus on the music and not the musician.

… Joe, Jon… Man oh man… all I can say is that I’m sorry that you have to put up with (a) us crazy North American fans who love you, maybe too much at times or (b) a certain crappy loser gossip bloggers (NOT anyone on nkotb.com of course. Keyword: GOSSIP…you know who I’m talkin’ about). Some people (referring to a crappy loser gossip blogger) should crawl back into the hole they came out of.
I have a countdown on my whiteboard on my door at work to Thanksgiving. Little does everyone know, it’s actually a countdown to the L.A. concert on Wednesday. It’s a bit undercover because my supervisor announced IN A STAFF MEETING that I was going to the concert in Vegas last month (I HAD to tell her why I was taking a vacation day, didn’t I) and I got teased endlessly by misguided coworkers who do not know the joy that is NKOTB. Losers.
Six more days, boys! Is there a way I can get facetime without being a crazy stalker? I have too much respect for you guys to try to pummel you in your hotel lobby. Isn’t there a gentler way to go about getting some Facetime, Donnie?

Saw the title then the still of the video and thought OMG!! it’s another Britney rant!! nicely done though. I know this was somewhat serious but I couldn’t help but laugh. First and formost HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO GRIFFEN!! I celebrated mine yesterday…so that is my excuse for a late response. You made a good point in this video…I agree I think perhaps some people go too far…ohh don’t get me wrong I love Jonathan just as much as the next girl, sure he’s good looking, sure he has a fantastic set of eyes and a beautiful smile, but what is most important is the person…I am sure Jonathan is a wonderful person, with a very good heart, who is patient and kind to everyone. That is how I see Jonathan. Someday, perhaps I will get a chance to meet him, and hopefully strike up a conversation. A lot of people say that, once you meet Jon you are never the same, that your heart is lifted, I truly believe that. Thank you Joe for not only making us laugh but for stating a point.

My dog when she was living used to sleep on my bed all the time. I’d have to get her to move so I could get in!

Job well done! You are too much, Joe!! Great way to make us all laugh & show that there was no harm intended. I noticed there was a comment left where a fan said that they were confused about this video blog.
Anybody that doesn’t understand, didn’t get a chance to read Jon’s blog about his dog. Jon began a cute blog in a romance novel type fashion. I believe he meant it to be a trivia and a mystery blog. Couldn’t quite tell who he was talking about, but later he gave clues that he was talking about somebody dear to him. Picking up on certain clues,most people should have been able to tell that he was talking about a dog.
Anybody who didn’t pick this up either missed the clues, doesn’t view their dog as family,or in this crazy day in age took Jon’s blog as perverse. I certainly didn’t take his blog as perverse. I thought it was cute. Very sorry that others didn’t quite understand it.
There are people who love their dogs as their children or family. I definitely get that. There are so many bigger issues out there in this world. I agree, “Leave Jon alone”.

I never saw the original ‘Britney’ tape, but if it was anything like this … LOL. I have to admit though … this video reminded me once again of one of the many reasons why I love you guys so much. LOL. Now when I read the title I thought ‘Oh no …’, but this video is hilarious.

I’d also like to say that the post about Jon’s dog was one of the funniest things I’ve read in ages. I knew it was a joke and who cares if his dog sleeps in bed with him. At least it’s a smaller dog. Probably takes up as much room as my newfie did though. hehehe. I have a wish and it’s that people would stop thinking nasty thoughts about innocent things. It’s horrible that things like that happen. It’s also frightening that it’s happening more often. I’m sorry Jon’s little joke had to be a target.
Anyway, I’d like to thank the five of you (I know there are alot more people behind the scenes and thank you all too but,…)… I’d like to thank the five of you for an ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL evening in Calgary. I enjoyed every second of the whole trip. One of the highlights was seeing Joe in the mall with his family before the concert. It was SO tempting to stop him and ask for a picture and an autograph but, we refrained and are ultimately glad we did. I’d have felt so much guilt for impeding on family time that I imagine can be quite precious.
Also, Jon I have to say I love your little dance near the end of the show. I will giggle about that for some time to come. You have always been my favourite (the rest of you are all tied for second
) and I look forward to seeing you again. I don’t know where it will be but I just watched the video about something in London and think that would be an amazing experience as well.
