Donnie…I would love some facetime, but when I was in DC…I COULDN’T FIND YOU and it wasn’t from a lack of trying…we drove around for hours and a $100 parking ticket later…still..NO DONNIE OR NEW KIDS!!!! It has been my lifelong dream of meeting you much less getting a hug and kiss ;)….I could go on and on about what I did as a teen when it came to you and New Kids, but I will save that for a later date!! I got no face time, that’s ok though, because the concert in Cleveland was hands down THE BEST concert I have ever been to. You guys put on an excellent show and seemed to sincerely be having a great time. The added bonus was how close I ended up being, that made it even better! Everytime you smiled I melted! It has been a week and it is still all I can think about.
I can’t wait till the next time… maybe then I’ll get to give you that hug and kiss! I’ll keep waiting!

Hmmm… I was so excited that I got here and there was only 21 replies that I actually posted before I read what you wrote (sounds a little crazy, right? but anyway.. kisses? mark me down for one! - or 2 or 3? - Nothing but love for my BEANTOWN men.. Donnie, you are the MAN! LOL! Everytime I meet you guys I walk away feeling as if you all appreciate your fans more and more.
I’ve been to several concerts and flown to the West Coast from the East and it was WORTH IT ALL!
LA was great and I know this is a Donnie blog, but I just want to thank Joe, from the bottom of my heart for listening and caring about Denise Lanzara’s (lumbeegrl) passing. Joe, you went above and beyond and wouldn’t allow security to rush me out until you heard the story, got the letter, and knew about Denise. (((HUGS))) I have such love for what you did I can’t even begin to describe it.
Keep rockin’ it, guys! You all have brought this tour to a level I never imagined! See you soon! More concerts on the horizon for me!

DONNIE! I’ve been getting Face Time since the reunion kicked off in April, but really the BEST Face Time I got with you was at Izod on 9/23. Trust me, I know all about you collecting kisses! In the time it took for me to research, move some money around & actually commit (2 days) they all sold out!
Please can you work some magic & help me organise to get in to this M&G with my friend?? The 18 + hours I spend flying to you & the thousands of dollars I’ve already spent on airline tickets getting to you, will be all worth it!! Hi! I just had soooo much fun on the 4th in Chicago. I am just sick that I can’t find anyone to go back with me on the 24th. They can’t afford it. Ugh! Afford what? I am already on ramen for every meal, so what does another few weeks matter! I did plan a work event for my employees for that night, but I would ditch them in a heartbeat for the opportunity to go! I am listening to my New Kids CD’s at my desk all day long. I found my old VHS tapes last night and I came across you Donnie on Arsinio Hall with Mark saying that you guys were going to take a break and come back in a year or two to kick @ss all over again. Well as we know it was 15 years, but I’m glad you are back! I have followed your career this whole time. I haven’t seen some of your movies though because I housesit a lot and I am alone for weeks in big empty houses and my imagination tends to get the best of me without scary movies! The Sixth Sense fk-ed me up for life FYI. I really hope you are having a fraction of the fun that your fans are having. Thanks so much for everything! Love you! XOXO Carey

Long time NKOTB fan, first time blogger!!!
I can’t wait to get to their show in Chicago on the 24th!!!! I’m taking my daughter who is 14 and this will be her first concert! Ironic huh? And she loves their music (old and new) and says they’re pretty hot…for old guys!! LOL Whatever, right?! Anyway talk about irony…
Back in the day (as my daughter says) the first time the New Kids were on the ascent to stardom I was dealing with end stage KIDNEY FAILURE at the age of 16. I was on DIALYSIS and it made me so sick…the beeping of the machines and the smell! I would put my headphones on with New Kids in my walkman and focus on the music and Jordan’s (sigh) voice and forget my surroundings. I finally was able to get a TRANSPLANT when my mom was cleared to give me one of her kidneys.
Now, 15 years later…the New Kids on the rise again and I just had my 2nd kidney TRANSPLANT in June (my brother donated this time!). Again I was on dialysis, and again I would put my earbuds in and with New Kids on my MP3 I’d focus on the music and Jordan’s voice. It got me through again!!
I can’t thank you guys for enough for getting me through some rough times both as a teenager, and an adult. You guys have a very special place in my heart and always will…

I want some face time, too! You should do a show in Windsor, ON, Canada!!! Couldn’t afford to drive to Toronto so see you guys! I so want to see your concert…It would be exactly what I need right now…a night out with no worries and no stress. A night away from home and just losing myself in music would be heaven sent right now. Maybe I would stop feeling like crawling into bed and sleeping all the time so that I don’t have to face my life right now. I wish all the things I am going through would just end already…I am soooo tired. I am sorry for ranting like that. Let me explain my husband was diagnosed with Cancer two years ago (Hodgkins Disease) and has relapsed twice since his first diagnoses. We are currently waiting for a call from the doc’s office with the first appointment for radiation again. It’s so tiring. Add our three kids to the mix and trying to help them through it…I am just so worn out. Sorry again. So glad you guys are back…really enjoying the new CD. Especially the song “don’t cry”.

Boy, that pucker is gonna fall off! LOL Just kidding. I think it’s great how you guys are really reaching out to the fans. That’s just one of the big reasons we’re all still here. You’ve always been humble, and it makes us love you all the more.
On a side note: I’ve heard stories about Meet & Greets getting out of hand, grown women rushing up on you and pushing everyone. I sure hope that doesn’t scare you off for the rest of us that know how to behave. And, afterparties at clubs… I’ve heard horror stories of women getting crushed against barriers. Not all of us are like that. I hope that you continue these things, despite the few bad apples. The rest of us are enjoying the hell out of it, and hope to get more of it. (actually, I’m hoping to get any at all… no face time for me yet)

I am your guys biggest fan all the way from Bosnia. I cannot believe that I got to see you in concert in LA this week, you have really made my dream come true. My childhood was definitely not ordinary, living in refugee camps but listening to you and day dreaming of the day when I will meet you made it all better. I want to give a shout out to Candace Rogers who visited our camp in 1994 from Tennessee and after hearing how obsessed I was with NKOTB she mailed me a HUGE package with all your memorabilia. I will never forget that or what she did for me at the most difficult time of my life. I am now 27 but that concert evoked a 10 year old girl who used to sit by TV watching your videos and making my fingers bleed.
See you guys in LA again at NOKIA. ONE NIGHT WAS DEFINITELY NOT ENOUGH !!!!!!!

Hey all, I swear this is the greatest thing that has happened in my life since my kids. Donnie the last time I saw you prefect gentlemen opened for you guys and they pushed you out on stage in a laundry cart, when you jumped out of it I swear I thought I was going to have a heart attack it was the greatest moment of my life. Also when I was in 7th grade my choir teacher Mrs. Gibbs at North View Jr in Brooklyn Park (shout out) let me and a few friends preform during class a lot of your songs, she even let us use her room to practice for a lip sinc contest at Ridgedale Mall where we made the finals and your moms came and were the judges, we did not win but we cam in second, we preformed Step by Step and it was so cool meeting your moms.I can not wait to see you in Minnesota. My mind is right and I can’t wait for that face time. I am going to do everything possible to finally meet you and get that hug and kiss I have been waiting for 15 years for. I have been following your movie career and staying up to date with everything you have been up to. I never thought this would ever happen. Every year that went by I kept thinking it’s never going to happen and when it did I felt like it was a dream and I totally did not want to wake up. I bought The block Cd the day it came out and it has not come out of the CD player and its all that I listen to. I think you guys did a great job, I can’t get enough of it. My kids love it. I do have one question that has been driving me crazy trying to figure it out and if any one has any insite on it please let me know. Will the guys be coming to MN by bus or plane and does anyone know if they will be leaving right away or if they are staying in a hotel. I am going to the concert with my sister, no kids and I live in northern Mn, way in the sticks and totally want to enjoy every second of this night of single life. I was raised by a single mom and never got the chance to go to Mass to find you or stay in any of the hotels you were at but I always new that if you came back I would finally get that chance and I will try my hardest this time now that I am an adult. You know everyone says they are the biggest fan and alot of them have done some pretty crazy things. The only way I can explain how I feel about New Kids and most of all Donnie is if you have not seen the movie Almost Famous with Kate Hudson watch it. It has nothing to do with groupys its all about the love of the band and the music and that’s how I feel about them. I tried and tried and tried…and waited and waited….but I had to walk right by you at the Boston 2nd show VIP. This girl was hugging and hugging and would not let go! We were in group P, and she was right in front of me. She said at the beginning that she was going to be stuck with you, but I thought she’d move to the side of you, but she didn’t. We were being rushed through, and I ended up going around so I could meet Joey, Jordan, and then Jon. I didn’t even get to Jon before he had to turn me around to take the picture. I thought you would be out afterwards, but that was the night that you were battling laryngitis, they said.
I will be in StL, looking for you on….I WANT MY FACETIME!!!!!!!!!!! I loved meeting all the other guys…it was funny, when I got back, everyone was like, “How was your facetime??” I’m glad you got so many hugs, but you didn’t get mine and I didn’t get yours. I had to say, “I was robbed!”
No offense to the girl, really.

I’m so thrilled that you all came back. I have my tickets (one ticket for me and one for my sister, who just turned 30 and this is her gift!). SO, she took time off work, after JUST having a baby and taking maternity leave. They gave her the days off anyway. My hubby took time off to stay home with the kids, since we have to travel 200 miles each way to see you…and I get a phone call from hubby this morning to turn on the local news because the concert in Albuquerque has been cancelled. I cannot even BEGIN to tell you how devastated I am. I am a fan from the beginning. My walls were covered in NKOTB posters and other things. I had all the albums, videos, etc. Sadly most of it was sold or lost when we moved home from Europe, where we lived at the time. We were not able to go see you back then for many reasons and this concert was seriously ‘closure’ for me in some ways. It’s also a whole new beginning for me, since you have a new album, etc. I am so completely heartbroken over this. PLEASE reschedule. I am not able to make it to any other venue at this time. It’s just not an option. I NEED to see you guys. El Paso, Las Cruces, Albuquerque, Lubbock…just PLEASE reschedule. I don’t know why this happened, but I’m hoping that it can be fixed. Yes, I’m a 33 year old woman BEGGING you…I’m not embarrassed. I love you guys and this was truly a dream come true for me. HELP!!!

I know this may sound sad, but my only dream in life had been to meet the New Kids! I have always included this in my prayers each night! Everyone thinks that I am crazy! For years I have been driving everyone crazy! I am so upset. As I watched the Rachael Ray show, I started balling! My family asked me what’s wrong? I was like my only dream has been to meet the New Kids On The Block and I am FINALLY starting to realize that it is NEVER going to happen! It saddens me deeply.
