Guys- this is wonderful thing that you’re doing. I know it hits close to home for Danny. I’m sure you’ll sell many of these shirts.
I’m grateful that this disease has not been a part of my life at this point, but as a Woman and a mother to daughters, I know how important this charity and early detection is.
God Bless you guys-

September 30th, 2008 at 3:04 pm
I am sooo glad that you guys are doing this and that you are getting positive exposure for it! I was at your shows on 9/23 and 9/27 and LOVED EVERY MINUTE OF IT! I am still singing your songs in my head especially Single which is a song that I wasn’t sure if I would like it more than Summertime, but now I totally love it!
When are you guys going to sing some Face the Music tunes? I think a lot of fans would enjoy those songs a lot now. Especially Keep On Smilin and Since You Walked into My Life…I know you guys had some difficulty with it when it first came out in ‘94, but I think fans will be a lot more receptive to it now.
PLEASE DO A PAY PER VIEW!!! I am dying to see another show! I hope to see you all again at Madison Sq Garden and the Borgata! Stay well and get some rest!
Love you all TONS!

Hey guys. I want to personally thank you for doing this charity. My sister was diagnosed in March of this year. She has gone through 3 surgeries, and recently started chemo. She is in for a long haul. You are very right to check very early as she is the one that found the lump, and they say it is in the early stages of the disease. I cant imagine what she would be going through if she had not been doing self-exams. It is so important to inform even the youngest of teen girls to self-examination. My daughter is only 13 and I have already taught her about it. Again you all are so amazing to be doing this. You are helping my sister along with all the ladies out there that are battleing this disease. Thank you for everything you have done in the past, as well as now. You never cease to amaze me. I will be purchasing a shirt at your Oct. 25th concert at The Palace Of Auburn Hills. Thank you guys and I love all of you!!
September 30th, 2008 at 5:43 pm
From someone who was just diagnosed with a mass in her breast yesterday, I’m not in the state of mind to say anything but thank you. Love to Joe and to all!
September 30th, 2008 at 6:23 pm
I love that you are doing this. Danny - all your work for this cause in memory of your mother makes us love you all the more. I have two family members diagnosed with cancer this year. And a close friend of mine - under 40 - has breast cancer.
Can you guys please make this tank top in larger sizes so more of us can buy and wear it? I’m not a big girl but that large size I saw at the show was too teeny for me.
September 30th, 2008 at 6:24 pm
I I just ordered mine and one for each of my 3 sisters. They’re on backorder, but I can’t wait to get them. My Gram died of breast cancer just lasyt year and my aunt passed away the month before her of the same. We need a cure and I am thrilled you guys are assisting to find one!

I just wanted to thank you guys for doing this. One of my oldest friends, the one who introduced me to you guys, was diagnosed with breast cancer last year at the age of 31. She’s doing OK now, powering through treatment, but I’m very grateful that you guys are bringing attention to this and reminding everyone that it’s never too early to get checked.
September 30th, 2008 at 7:38 pm
I have never written in a blog before. Read them yes, contributed, no. BUT after attending the Boston show Sunday night I felt the need to let you guys kjnow how great it was to see you again. It was a night of anticipation and sooo worth the wait! You gave it your all and yet came across so humble and thankful. You could see it when Donnie took center stage and just talked to the crowd. It felt like we were all hanging out with a five friends whom we hadn;t seen in a while. Surprisingly, we saw Danny’s brother, Jeremy. He was sitting about 10 rows down from us. He stood near our seats for part of the show. During the memorial of Danny’s mom we could see him and a friend having an emotional moment. It was a reminder to me that we’re all human despite what job we have or how much stardom we carry. Thank you for reminding me of that and giving it your all in the fight against breast cancer. Come back to Boston!!

I am so happy that the awareness of breast cancer is getting out there all over the world thanks to you guys. Just remember it is extremely important to keep a check of your breasts whether male or female. I am definitely going to try to get one of those tank tops soon because it is such an important cause. Tell Donnie I love him. Please email me at krees1@optusnet.com.au.
Lots of love

I’m so proud to be a fan of you guys when i see things like this. I lost my Grandma to breast cancer just this summer and i have three close friends who are dealing with issues right now. We have to all do our part to make sure they figure our a way to stop this disease from taking away any more women that we all love and cherish from our lives. Thank you guys for doing your part to help spread the word for this cause.

Danny, I was at he show on Sunday and it was amazing. It was really special to see a picture of you and your mom up on the big screen..tears were rolling down my face I was so moved. I work for blue cross blue shield of in Hingham Ma and my company is the biggest company contributor to the breast cancer walk in Boston evry October. I will be walking this weekend and have walked for the last 3 years. It gives me chills to see all who we have lost and all that who have survived. This year, this ones for Betty. Much love and respect! Nickki
October 3rd, 2008 at 8:17 pm
Danny, I just visited rememberbetty.org and all I can say is thank you. How generous for you to share something so deeply personal with the world. You are her living legacy, and if your words and actions are any indication, then she must have been one hell of a woman!
My mom is one of the lucky ones, she is a survivor and has been cancer free for 4 years now. My brother and I raise money and walk every year for the EIF Revlon Run/Walk for Women in NYC. We are so lucky to be walking in her honor, while so many others are walking in someone’s memory. We feel obligated to do our part to help raise awareness and funds to help find a cure!
I have to go for my first mammogram this year, but I keep putting it off because I am terrified! I think I’ll buy the tank top and wear it proudly to my appoitment! That’ll be my motivation!
I urge any women reading this to do your monthly Breast Self-Exams and have your breasts checked by your GYN or GP yearly as well! We all have to do our part in fighting this disease, and we have to start with ourselves!
Good for you Danny, and for NKOTB for backing this cause, not just for Betty’s sake but for the fans as well. Think about NKOTB’s audience. If breast cancer affects 1 in 8 women (www.cancer.org) then imagine how many women out of the crowded arena at just one NK show this will actually affect. Pretty sobering thought. And just think about how many shows they have this tour. You are reaching so many with this … Thank you for bringing this to the attention of your fans who can truly benefit from this information!
God Bless You.
xoxo amanda

you guys are amazing, thanks for briging us UK fans so much joy!! When will you be back??!!!..
Totally love the cancer awareness vest top..but forgot to buy it at your concert.. make it availablt on the UK store pleeaasee!!!!.. I think its great you’re raising awareness for such a worthy cause. Celebrities should do it more often!!!.. All types of cancer can be heart breaking for family and friends, as my Grandad passed away from it in 2000, and its very painful watching them go through so much pain. Kepp doing what you were doing. *you were amazing in Hammersmith* Come back soon..
xXx
