What’s Shaking Sweetie???? Not a DAMN thing. I’m just now down to 39 days until I see you, Joey, Jordan, Jonathan, Danny LIVE in concert. Plus tomorrow makes 38 days. I’ve having such a blast listening to my NKOTB CD’s. From Face The Music, NO More Games (Remix), Greatest Hits, 2 of them I should say. LOL! I have such a headache it’s not even funny. I had busting my A## at work and I believe it’s a Attention Headache. I wish you guys could actually make it go away for me. LOL! Anyways, I have a Friend I know at work she finally Pre-Order my NKOTB (The Block). Plus she also order something else for me. I wish could remember what she told me. LOL! I’m so thrilled to get it soon. I’ll be up to 6 CD’s of you guys. I think about this concert every single day as the weeks go by. Oh by way Darling, I’m so sorry about your Divorce. I wish I could give you a HUGE HUG and tell you it’s okay. But you have tons of FANS who loves you and your family. And esp Jordan, Jon, Joey and Danny. That’s the mean thing. a heart was broken today. my daughter was 8 years old when she first saw you. it was her first concert. she couldn’t believe that you all were coming back which was the greatest thing to happen for her. she just had a new baby, her boyfriend left her and her baby and any good news would be great. well you coming out in concert was what she needed. until today. her friend wanted to go to the concert with her which shauna got her ticket over a month ago, floor seats. and was happy that her friend wanted to go. well to her surprise the venue had been changed, she thought no problem they will give her a ticket for the new venue. well ticketmaster said they would but in a totally different part of the venue. well she didn’t take the ticket because of where it was and decided to get her money back. her heart is broken knowing how long its been to be able to see you.
hopefully she will continue to look for tickets, but the way ticketmaster is there is no hope. we wish you a successful concert tour, but alot of fans have been let down because of the change. yes, its nice to let the clippers play at staples but the change in venue let ticketmaster ticket holders down. to go from floor seats to nose bleeders is not a fair trade. i hope people who are going to this concert are aware of the change if not get in touch with ticketmaster as soon as possible, you might not get a fair ticket in place of the one you previously bought. good luck to the boys and to all of their fans

You’ve got 3 1/2 weeks to get us that 3 hour show you PROMISED ( E! interview, I think). I want a lot of old stuff in my show…no more of that tired medley routine (It’s awesome, the new album is too, but… give us a show, man! Please.) People are spending mad money on you guys. I’m messing w/you. I know you will give us a show to remember!
Back in the day, my mom never let me go to a show - she bought me everything from sleeping bags to my own “showtime kids” Joe doll (sorry…love Joe). Now I’m a grown, married, 29 year old woman who will be stepping on some toes come Nov 25 because your new stuff revived the fan in me :).
You don’t know how much I appreciate you guys reuniting. And to think…I was mad you guys didn’t do the VH1 show…but now I know what’s up. See you in San Diego!

I feel your excitement and anticipation, because guess what… I’m FUCKING FIRED UP TOO! <3
I have to tell you though … I’m a bit disappointed. I’m seeing all these promo events for the States, but yet, no Canadian dates as of now What gives? That new contest just posted up on the site for VH1, I was so pumped to enter. I looked at the rules and Canada isn’t included :(. We love you in Canada - specifically, TORONTO - we want our face time dammit. One of our radio stations, 104.5 CHUM, had a contest to win tickets and backstage passes. I called in everyday at every interval mannnn. I set my alarm for 5 am so I wouldn’t miss the first chance … but to no avail. It was so frustrating.
I don’t want to give up, but I just don’t see how I’m ever going to get my hug. There’s always the option to buy 5* VIP tickets. I guess that’s what student loans are supposed to be used for, right?

My man…..mmmhhhmmm i like the sound of that. I’m sure it would sound better coming right out of your lips and into my ear! I don’t know if YOU are ready for the stuff that’s about ready to happen to you. Do you have any idea how many women are about to throw themselves at you (present company included if given the shot of course!) Hehe. Just kidding…maybe. So i keep buying tickets to shows, wonder how many I’ll be heading to by the time the tour starts. So far, I’ll be expecting “face time” in Chicago on 10/4 Auburn Hills on 10/25 and a 5* package at home in KC on 11/11 (i’m pretty sure tomorrow i’ll be looking into a ticket for the Omaha show too!)
Oh and i’m pretty sure there is no F’in way you are more pumped up about this fall than all of us crazy women are! I have countdown ns on my cell for all my exciting upcoming NK dates…i ordered my CD and tee bundle the other night and can’t wait til it shows up at work! Yeah i couldn’t wait until i got home to get it so i’m having it sent to work!

Once again I am late for a blog comment. Why? Because I have a life outside of New Kids! Yeah…I know weird huh? I was at a baseball game tonight. My Lansing Lugnuts played the Dayton Dragons. We are gearing up for the play-offs so these are some pretty important games so I HAVE TO be there (you understand that don’t you D?). Sadly I am going to miss two important, end of the season games so I can sleep on the street again in NYC to see you guys at the Today Show on Labor Day. I can’t believe I am dong this again! Thankfully I will be home in time for the first play-off game on Thursday next week.

Hi Donnie!
I heard about this blog while I was at work, but I had to wait till now to respond. Gotta love it when work blocks all the good NKOTB sites! I wanted to scream to everyone that Donnie blogged, but I kept it to myself.
Donnie, you are simply amazing. You and all the other guys. You have kept me smiling for the past few months where there have been times that have just been crappy! Getting to watch each of your performances on youtube is just so incredibly exciting! Hearing the preview of the tracks on this new CD? OMG, I just can’t stop hitting replay and listening again and again and again!
I wish I could come to one of these meet and greets before the tour starts, but I’ll have to settle on my meet and greet at the Tacoma concert. I can only hope that you won’t have lost your energy by November because I want to meet all of you. And, even though I’m a Danny girl, I still need a Donnie hug!! That goofy grin of yours just makes me melt! You’ll just have to look past the message on my shirt.
This reunion has meant so much to me. Not only has it put a smile on my face, but it’s allowed me to finally learn the true lyrics to “Are You Down”, and it’s given me friends from all over the world. In fact, I have numbers in my cell phone from all over the country! (I hear you got some phone numbers for your birthday as well!) I guess you didn’t realize when you promised your fans some face time, that also included some lip time and some ear time, too!
I can’t wait for next month to come! Sept 2 — the CD, Sept 12 — your movie, Sept 26 — Boston!!! Sept 28 — Boston!!! I’m going to be riding a high all the way through the end of the year because of the New Kids. Today when I left work, I made sure to tell everyone that your CD was coming out in a week. They looked at me like I was crazy, but I just smiled.
Thank you so much for doing this for us. I don’t think I could ever express how incredibly grateful I am.

Donnie…I love that you are just as excited as I am! No one loves their fans more than the New Kids do and that’s what makes me love you that much more! ok i am still getting the album even though i may only like one or two songs total out of it. Your whole style changed! I guess once and oldie lover always right!! I am going to be at the Meet and Greet with my cousin at Madison Square Garden and the one thing that I would really love is to be able to get a picture with you. You have always been my favorite guy, Donnie. I am so happy that the band is back together again. You guys were my childhood. Now I am exposing my 3 yr old daughter to your music and she knows almost all the songs by heart, especially Summertime. She tells me to turn it up when it comes on the radio and she sings along. I just started my new coaching position in Santa Barbara and they’re putting me up four out of seven days a week cause I live about 3 and a half hours away, cause my boyfriend is a Marine Contractor on Naval Weapons Station “China Lake” in Ridgecrest, CA..so we kinda live in the boonies at the moment..but his contract isn’t up til December, so they are putting me up for free and paying my food!!!!!!! But, it’s my first week, so I can’t go to the CD signing Wednesday..

You know…face time with you will be amazing, I have always been a Joe Braveheart..but you taught me so much, you were the most influential one to me because you were so outspoken..and although back in the day I would have NEVER approached you ..well, if I saw you maybe..but you were kind of scary to me back then..lol I always listened to you and admired you, and I can’t put my finger on what it was about you that scared me..maybe cause you were so outspoken? Dunno, but I just wanna stand next to you (During face time..hehe) all night and listen to you talk. I think it was you that made me feel so much pride for the group and get so worked up and ‘block head like’ when you guys would go through the crap you did, as well as the crap I went through as a fan..it just made me feel closer to you guys. Hey just a suggestion but u guys should do fairs in smaller counties. u know some place that wont charge so much n a person that works hard n is a huge fan but just cant afford the cost of bigger concerts can go 2 watch n possibly meet u. it would b nice 2 know that u all care that much about all of ur fans 2 try 2 accommidate 2 the lower-middle class. n im sure there r a lot of them out there that agree. well its just a thought. n a hope. lots of love n admiration, april XOXOXOXOXO

Oh wow……every CHECK brought a THUD to the ‘ol ticker!!! Its a good thing I’m workin the heart floor tonight…thought I’d need to be hooked up to a heart monitor(though my coworkers would be distracted when they my heart beat to The Right Stuff).
Am I ready????!!!!!!! Truthfully, I don’t think I could ever be ready for the experience that’s about to unfold!!! 20 years ago I was too young to go to see y’all and in too strict of a family to be allowed to surround myself in the craziness(tho I need manage to score a few dolls, posters and tapes thanks to sympathetic friends and relatives). 20 years ago I saw 5 older boys and, for the first time, I felt my face flush, jaw drop, and heart flip!! 20 years ago I spent every waking moment thinking, and sleeping moment dreaming of being a favorite or cover girl with the right stuff that y’all will be loving forever!
And when y’all left, no notice…I’d never felt such a void like I lost my best friend or first love! Gradually time passed and relationships came and went, musicians took residence in my heart and I moved on. All was good….skip forward to a night in july/aug. I was flipping channels and passed vh1 as usual(I’m currently into the local music scene, my friends being in bands) when I had to stop cuz there was sumtin familiar bout the video being shown. Something that…felt like home. When I realized who those five amazing looking men were, I felt 20 years melt and once again, my face flushed, jaw dropped and heart raced…and has remained so ever since!!
These past few mths have been insane as my cousin and I prepare for the craziness. Because unlike before, we are now old enough and have jobs so we can fully take advantage of what NKOTB has to offer!!!
Numerous 5 star and 4 star VIP shows??? HECK YA!
A mission to finally meet y’all and not only hug but plant a big one on each of your faces?? You betcha!
And most importantly personally thanking each and everyone of you for playing such an important role in the lives of every woman(and in some cases men) from my generation?? OF COURSE!
I know this is long but I’d never gotten a chance to ever send y’all fanmail so I thought I’d be thorough! I really hope to see y’all in DC, NYC,PA, and MD!! I’ll be bringing the Bmore love and crabs(er…not like that…ya I know what u were thinkin…making poor jon watch 2g’s,1c…sick)

Donnie, one question.
Us New Kids fans in the UK are really awaiting your return here and we know, from what the media has said, that the New Kids will be performing at the O2 Arena in London in January, but what about performing in other parts of the UK, like in the North West of England - we’ve got the likes of the MEN Arena in Manchester City Centre and the brand new Echo Arena in Liverpool City Centre (the place has just opened with Liverpool being the Capital of Culture in the UK this year and many music acts have already performed there, including the Backstreet Boys - place opened in May 2008).
The two venues always sell out and I reckon you’ve got an awful lot of New Kids fans in the North West, including me.
Plus, really looking forward to the new album coming out on 8th September - won’t be surprised if the New Kids are nominated for an award at the MTV Europe Music Awards in November.
Love as usual - we all hope to see you guys in the UK soon.

First tryin to get some FACEtime in Cologne, Germany in a couple of weeks, though I don’t have tickets for the show, I will be driving from Amsterdam to Cologne to catch you in person (at least I hope so) !! So be on the look-out for me!!!!
And than in October I will have my holiday in Florida and will be going to the TAMPA concert…so no money left for the 5*tickets but still hoping there is a slight chance to get some facetime in Florida ! That would make my whole trip of flying for 10 hours so much more worth it

I just wanted to tell you how excited I am for you guys and for me and my friends that you are on tour soon!! My cousin Sara and I had to be your biggest fans (and of course we still are!!) I have my daughter and her friends (about 11-12 years old) listening to you guys and they love you too !! My dad is from dorchester and worked as an ironworker with local 7 in the city. I think it was Joey’s uncle he worked with?? he brought me home some cool stuff autographed that I still have
my cousin David went to school with some of you … we used to go to the city and play street hockey .. or watch some of the guys play street hockey with my cousin who lived there and I remember praying that one of you guys would show up! You were my first concert ever and I am taking my daughter to see you guys for her first concert ever sunday the 28th in Boston!! one more thing … (I wonder if you guys read these??) I was in the audience of the talk show you guys did with your mom’s …’people are talking’ was the name of it. I was in sixth grade and in heaven!! It’s amazing how much effect you guys had on my life and the memories I have!!thanks for all of it!! can’t wait to see you in september (although I am in section 305 in the upper balcony!!so I hope I win the contest as I am sure everyone else does too

I’ve been driving everyone mad by keeping going on about you lot!! I’ve dug out all the albums, old photos from the last concert I went to (yes I was only 11) Even found a T-shirt and the dolls love it!!
Learnt the words to Summertime and am so fired up to see you guys at HMV London, i’m counting down the days. Looking forward to the new ablum and love the clip of ‘click’ just want to hear the rest. Only 12 days to go good i’m shaking just thinkg about it xx

I just wanted to say something quick. I was never a really big fan, especially when I was younger (you know how jealous young teen males can be). I didn’t dislike NKOTB because they were particularly bad or anything, more because they were a boy band and seen as competition. The reality of it is though, is NKOTB is like a phenomenon. When you look back to when they were big as teens, they really had a market. But what is more, I would have to say, is they are bigger now! They will always have their fan base from when they were younger, and today they have a new fan base as well as their older fan base. It is unbelievable how after all this time, they could have a rebirth if you will (and I mean that in a good way). They represent a time not that long ago really and have restirred the generation from when I was a teen as well as a new generation. I hear their music sometimes and it reminds me of when I was younger, and as strange as it may sound, it makes me smile and think about a time in my life when life really was ” a bowl of cherries”. The good times when life was all about friends and hanging out. I’m actually really happy for the guys and for how everything is working out for them. If this all could have been invested in, I would have dropped everything I had on it for the simple fact that they have “the right stuff” lol (sorry for the analogy) for a major comeback which is obviously being proven. Its almost like you wouldnt think that it would happen, but it all makes sense, and they seem to be having fun with it which is great. That’s what it was always supposed to be about. To all their fans, enjoy the new stuff and hopefully, the older stuff brings back those same memories for you of when you were younger and how you were. Hopefully it makes you smile and remember your old friends and the good times. Congrats NKOTB, enjoy your renewed success and realize that all the early to mid 30’s guys that hated you back then, probably feel the same way I do. BTW, my favourite song is Tonight, and Doniie and Danny are my favourites. They seem like the two I could relate to the most and Don did an awesome job on Band of Brothers. But from a few interviews I’ve caught I’m thinking you’re well aware;) I caught them on youtube and while I’m not sure where you guys stand w/ having your music out there it certainly is creating quite a buzz. My favorite part has been playing it for my friends, Haters, and having them admit they really like the sound!!!! Ah….Redemption at last;)

It was sooo much fun, I took so many pictures, I just want to say that I love you guys sooo much especially Donnie, so cool and down earth, he was hugging everyone and really involved with all the girls…and that made me just fall in love with him all over again. I cant wait till the Oct 8th concert. Donnie, I was the girl that was crying and you held my hand forever and when they told me to move on, you told them “Give me a minute, I’m holding her hand!”, that’s the famous line that I will always rememeber! I am so excited. I just won tickets this morning from Johnjay and Rich in Tucson, and I cannot wait the NKOTB concert in Oct. I’m currently serving our country and yous concert is coming at a great time. I hope I actually get to see you guys again. The last time I saw you guys you were on tour with DINO, at Hershy Park Arena. You guys went to the East Mall and shopped at Foot Locker. Funny that I can remember all of that. You guys also intro’d at the time your Christmas Album! The last time I saw you guys perform was January of ‘89 when I was 14. Now I’m 33 and very excited to see you again. My friends and I will be seeing you in Chicago Oct 4, and I live in Milwaukee so may be going to the Milwaukee show as well. Can’t wait to get my hands on the new album, “Summertime” is a great song! My main reason for writing this is to tell you that last year I went through an extremely painful divorce, the hardest thing I’ve ever gone through by far. But as time went by my heart slowly started to heal, and I know yours will too. The pain will go away, I promise. You’re lucky that you are in a busy place right now in your life that you can focus on other things. It’s hard to do , I know, but it does, and WILL get easier. I’ve never blogged before on any web-site, but I wanted to write something to you. Just cause I know that divorce is a very difficult thing to go through. But keep your head up and you will come out of this ok.

So I always tell some stories about Donnie and me. My too cousins were nkotb-fans too and we listen all the new kids albums every day. And I was just 11 years old, and my mother didnt let me go to the Nkotb-consert!
Sometimes I still remind my mother that episode what we had then. And she cant even remember that…
I`m from Finland, it is very small land in Europe. Nkotb was here too times!

Hey Guys. I Caught the show in New Jersey @ IZOD Arena. “i am a New Yorker though” It was an Amazing show i was center stage 3rd row. Best concert I have ever been at in my life. It is great to see you guys finally back together. I wish i was back home in Boston to see the show, but sadly i could not get back in time. NKOTB was the first concert I ever went to. I remember the day I turned 13 I was walking to my friends house(she lived 5 houses down from you) you were pulling out of your driveway and said hello to us I about fainted in the street. You make Beantown proud to have hard working and all around great guys representing us. Beantown for life….

I love the way you use psychology and humor to get people to go to the concerts. You’re a smart business person and it says a lot about your character. Can’t hate a man for gettin his hustle on. I see that you’ve realized that even though your fans have gotten older, they still yearn to hear music from their past, which is lacking at this point in the industry. Even though our generation has gotten older, we still want to hear music which we enjoyed during our youth. Hey, look at Jay-Z and LL Cool J. They’ve kept it going for over fifteen years, why can’t you. I wish you guys much success and, if you ever wanna hang out in Brooklyn, seek me out. Okay I have to be honest… I don’t blog. As a matter of fact this is my first blog… ever… and will probably be the last but I had to do it this time. When I heard NKOTB was coming back I was like really, wow!!! But fellas you not only came back… you came back right!!!! If I sound surprised that is because I was and I hate to even say that but it is the truth. I mean this is music that not only I can groove to but music that I don’t mind my kid listening to so… MUCH support and love to you and not only that MUCH respect for what you guys put out.
