I haven’t watched TRL in…well, never. I want to make snarky comments about TRL…I really do. But I won’t because it’s still exciting (even though we’ve been voting our little butts off to keep Summertime @ #1 on VH1 for hella weeks now).

Ok Thats Cool Its About Time MTV Got Up On That Summertime Tip. What Tuck Em So Long? I’ll Be Tvoing It So I Can See It Over And Over And Over Again. The First Time I Sow Summertime On VH1 I Stayed Up Till 7am Playing It Over And Over Again. I Was So Happy To See My Boys Again That I Didnt Know What To Do And I Love The Song.

Congratulations on getting on to MTV! That’s a tough egg to crack…
…although I am getting quite pissed off now with European Television - well actually just the Dutch channels! Summertime is now on some playlists in the UK which I can see online, but STILL there is nothing in the Netherlands…
…I have this twitch in my right eye that is getting progressively worse whilst I wait for the video to appear on MTV or TMF….
…NEW KIDS PLEASE RELIEVE ME OF MY ANXIETY EYE TWITCH…

So glad to hear that everyone is ok. We had an earthquake in Illinois a view months back and the only other one I’ve ever experienced was in Georgia of all places, but it was so small I thought it was a big truck until I found out otherwise. The one here was pretty big and it was in the middle of the night and when I live by a railroad track and I woke up and thought, wow that train is really loud and shaking the house more than usual. Then when it got worse I was like, OMG, that’s not a train, that’s a *&%$#^ earthquake! You worry about after shocks and more earthquakes for awhile. Then when one doesn’t happen for some time you forget…until the next one happens! Always afraid it’s going to be the big one! :(. I guess Californians are used to it?

Although i am extremely happy that MTV will air this so the video and music gets out there, im kinda confused why it took so long. i dont know about any of you and where youre from but DETROIT wont even play any of their songs on the radio and believe me i asked and bitched them out cause they wouldnt. I think we need to have some kind of petition for all the radio stations who outright refuse to play their music! What do you all think??? some feedback would be great!!!

Yeah..come on MTV! here in Asia only Channel [V] plays Summertime. But this does not stop Asian Blockheads. Summertime are now at the mainstream play list with Coldplay, Rihanna and our friend Ne-yo.

Caught the TRL episode and showing of the video. My only complaint, WE CAN’T FREAKING VOTE FOR IT!!! Out of all the options that we have to vote for, NKOTB isn’t even on the list. I don’t know about anyone else but I’m going to continue to email trl and keep tryin to get it in the voting list. VH1 has it as the number 1 video, come on MTV, catch up, you’re missing the train!!!
OK, rant over, lol.
Seriously though, congrats guys and here’s the true test…my daughter. She heard the new songs and loves them, so yeah, you’ve gained the attention of the new generation of block heads to come! I love the new music, and so do the local radio stations, when we’re driving down the road we can flip stations and pick it up almost anytime so yeah your back!! Can’t wait to see you in Cleveland! I’ve devoted this whole paycheck to our VIP package for my bestest buddy and I! You’ll officially be my first concert ever and I am going balls to the wall including a hotel room for recovery after the concert.

I hope that its’ true. I was so disapointed when I did’nt see Summertime on the TRL list of videos. VH1 was playing it, but why MTV was not? MTV did’nt know what they are missing. I thought the video was amazing and song is amazing too. Hopefully if MTV will start playing the videos, you know very well I will vote like crazy!
