Tuesday morning here in LA. Heading off to rehearsal in a few minutes. Just wanted to say a quick thank you to everyone that was able to attend our event this past weekend in LA. It was a great pleasure to meet so many people from all around the country and hear your questions. It was also a pleasure to see your reactions to our new music! The new album is something we are really proud of and will be our honor to share it with the world.
It has been the best of times in rehearsal with the guys everyday. I wish you all could be flies on the wall. I forgot what a bunch of comedians they are. I couldn’t have a better bunch of guys to be working with! The album cover artwork will be arriving today at the studio. Cant wait to see the final product!!!! See you all real soon! September 18th is approaching fast!

I forgot to mention thank you so much for being so sweet to my son, I always stay back and just watch how much he loves to interact with all of you. He was so happy to show you guys his NKOTB B-day party. He has not stop talking about you guys ever since, even having a hard time going to sleep
You guys have been his favorite ever since 2004 and he gets so emotional when he is around you he always forgets to say that he has prayed for your comeback ever since he found my old CDs and let me tell you he has started a huge collection of NKOTB stuff. Thank God for Ebay and such sites

So nice to hear from all of you these past few days. Thanks for taking the time, it is much appreciated! They have just started playing Summertime on UK Radio. I heard it for the first time thi morning on Capital Radio which is arguably one of the biggest UK Stations (based in London) and I literally screamed the car down going mad. (Much more effective in waking me up than my usual black coffee…)
Then I sent texts and emails throughout the day and they played it again at 6.30pm on the way home. Both times they said it was a great song and were really upbeat about the fact you guys were back. I was so pleased to hear them complimenting you and your song!!!
The only thing that is a shame is the fact we can’t use that Radio Promo board that was on the message boards. I felt redundant, as I am so despeate to promote you guys and share the links to get others voting for more NK airplay (…It’s in my blood, I’m in Marketing!). I’m not sure why the board is down (I think I can guess the reason) but is there any way to just bring up a moderated Promo board or somehting? So messages are posted only after being checked by someone? Just so we can spread the word?
Anyway - looking forward to seeing you in London - Pre-ordered the album on Amazon today! YEY!

The rest of this is off the subject, but we’ve tried different ways to let this be known and so far no luck? Or maybe it can’t be fixed. So I’m going to try letting someone know in this comment. Once the comments on the blogs get past a certain amount, the log in link is cut off and is not available? All you can see is the end of the word comment at the bottom of the page. Today when I started writing this comment there were only 37 comments, so I was able to see the link to login in enough to click on it and it let me sign in to make a comment. As I’m writing I can’t see the left hand side of my comment. As you scroll down the comments on each blog, the left side of the comments disappear. I have had others say they can’t sign in to make comments. This is the first comment I’ve been able to make on a blog in months. I feel the blogs would get even more comments if the left hand side of the page things was fixed. Ok, that’s my attempt and I hope it can be fixed. Thank you!

OMG!!! You guys where sooooo awesome on saturday. I had the best time of my life that night. The new CD is going to be great. I can’t wait to see you guys in LA again in Oct. I didn’t have a chance to really talk to you guys since we where kind of being rushed. I love you guys so much, That was my anniversary gift from my husband. He said that his gift was priceless to see my excitment to see you guys. I just turned 30 and my 30th B-day was all KNOTB. Hi Jonathan! I was one of the ones who met you Wednesday night at the Today Show sleeping in the streets. I was the one with the Face the Music shirt on. Anyway, just wanted to say how happy I am that you are on board for the tour. You guys are lookin really good and I’m so glad you all have so much more interaction with the fans this time around. It’s what makes us so proud to be NKOTB fans, worldwide, hands down & diehard.

Thanks for writing again, Jonathan! It’s always good to hear from you and the guys! I’m glad that you’re enjoying yourself, because so many of us enjoy the fact y’all are doing this again, so it’s good to know it’s fun for you guys too.
I can’t wait until the album comes out! I’ve never been so excited about an album in my life, I think I’m driving my family/friends crazy.
They know it’s in good fun though.
I’m also super excited about the concert! Even though I probably won’t get to meet you, I’m just glad I’m finally getting to see y’all live. October 29 can’t come quickly enough!

great to hear from you - and it’s been great hearing all about saturday night from those that were there. We’ve been watching the footage of “Click click click” on repeat all day long today here in the UK! Cannot wait to hear more, everything we’ve heard so far has been incredible…

Om my goodness!! It is so great to read an entry from you! I would’ve left a response a little earlier but that earthquake a couple hours ago shifted plans a bit :). I hope you guys didn’t feel it too bad.
Finally, I can thank you personally (well, sort of) for what you did for me on Saturday. Do you remember the woman in a wheelchair in the mass of arms when you came over to shake hands? You saw me and shook it but then held my hand for a few seconds for a brief small talk. You made an extra effort to reach me & I can’t tell you how much that meant to me. I’m sorry that I didn’t see you at the MnG to tell you in person. But, I hope to be able to say thank you & give you a BIG hug next time.
Oh, and to Jonathan or anyone reading this…I was a gold wristband so Interscope does not have my info to send me my group photo. No one else took it so PLEASE contact me by email. I was the only one there in a wheelchair.

Oh! They have been showing something as cover art for the pre-orders for the album so I assumed it was what it will be. I do have to say the colors weren’t my favorite, but I’m picky being an artist & color is my specialty in Graphics :). I can hardly wait for the album & tour!!!! I’m going to 4 shows & working on going to The Mall of America . Everything depends on if my friend can get off work (fingers crossed!!!). I saw a snippet of a song on YouTube I hadn’t heard before with you all sitting but Joe jumping up & dancing…I love it!! This is so much fun. I’m one of those people who love the time before Christmas because once it comes, it’s quickly over,….except an album is like a gift that keeps on giving…Well anyway, I’m trying to say I’m enjoying this waiting time too :). Baby if I could let hug you so bad today, I would so hug you especially because of the earthquake, I would really hug u so bad if I could. Anyway ur blog made me feel so good today - work was sooooooo crazy - u have no idea and your day was crazy too from what I read. Anyway I saw this blog - it was before I saw the earthquake blog , I swear and I felt so happy it just made me smile - your last blog I was kind of like reminding you to smile because I had not seen seen it in pictures - well today this blog not the earthquake one made me smile so much u have no idea. thank u for at least posting this and making my day a lot happier.
Okay that said you are so the nicest sweetest man on the planet. Your blog is the sweetest post ever. I am so glad the CD listening party went great - I so wish I could have been there. It sounds like so much fun. Glad you are enjoying yourself and that the other guys are keeping you laughing and you are having so much fun - okay today was not fun at all with a little thing called A FREAKIN EARTHQUAKE but still you are having so much and that is so cool. I was so happy to hear how excited you are and I can hardly so wait to hear the music and the CD hope the artwork turned out so great.
Okay I’m going to let you go and blog again all the time the same as I do whenever my sweet baby posts. Thank u so much again for making me smile and feel good today - seeing your words was just what I needed today to make me feel better after a crappy day at work. Okay take care, be careful please do not park your car in the underground garage - no baby on the street a lot better even if you have to walk to your car - walking is good it is healthy. Jonathan I cannot tell you how unbelievably excited I am about the new music and cannot wait to see and hear more from you and the guys. It was so great to hear from you again Jonathan! Sounds like the five of you had BLAST this past Saturday. I was hoping (and praying) to win the contest here through the radio station in Hawaii to the listening party, but unfortunately did not. Saturday, the 26th was my 34th birthday and that would have been the ultimate gift, not to mention a dream come true. I have been waiting to meet you guys for the past 20 years. I wonder if I will ever get the chance. However, I am looking forward to the new album. I am actually flying all the way to LA to catch your show on October 8th, but I really hope you guys make it over here to the islands too. You have lots of fans here that would love to see you! I am still just so happy and excited that you guys are making music again and are enjoying it. I sure wish I could be one of those “flies”.
I am so sorry you had to experience that earthquake though. I lived in Texas a few years ago and the thought of a tornado coming through my town scared me to death. Thanks for the update! When you say you’re receiving the final artwork of the CD cover, does that mean that the CD cover we’ve seen so far might not be the official one? All of you guys look hot in that picture… but it looks too much like the previous N*Sync and Backstreet Boys’ CD covers. You guys are so much better than that!
Anyway, I appreciate that you came back on after the earthquake to let us know you were all okay. I do have other friends in the LA area, but as soon as I heard about the earthquake, the first people I thought about were you! I’m sure it must have been scary for you!

I so wish I had been in LA on Saturday (a fly on the wall would have been great)… Glad you had a great time. Actually we (we - meaning those who were thousands of miles away) had a great time too - were updated on what was going on - it felt like we were standing behind the door (I thought I heard the music :-)).
The CD cannot come soon enough - at least we have the cover artwork to look forward to (any tiny bit of something new shuts our mouth for a while). And when can we expect some European dates, please?!!

Thanks for checking in!! Yeah, to be a fly on the wall would be cool. how funny that would be, an infestation of flies acting crazy, would we have a chance or would you swat us!!. Thats a thought, do flies laugh!?! sorry, just wondered that. You do know I am going to have a weird dream tonight..flies holding up banners in the front row of one of your shows chanting for the New Kids! lol.
Anyway, on a serious note I am glad you are enjoying this as much as we are and you’re having a good time doing so. Seeing the rehearsal video onsite it looked as though you guys were enjoying every minute of it (Pssst!! another video or two would be fine!). Met your parents in a L.A. mall at 10 years old (waited 11 hours) (have pictures together), Had dinner and went to a christmas performance with your cousin Arthur from my home town at 11 years old (have pictures together). Met Jordan before a concert at 11 and half years old (won off the radio) & (have pictures together). Met Marky Mark and the funky bunch at one of your concerts ( they were hitting on my mom. lol.) (and have pictures together) I am now 28 and have been a fan for over 18 years…. Jon you are my Fav. But I have never met you and still NO PICTURES TOGETHER. This makes Ms. NKOTB very sad. When will I get a chance to take a picture with you in the L.A. area. Is there anything publicity coming up, where there may be a photo op for me and you???

My friend Erin and I were two of the lucky ones that got to attend the ’sneak peek’ party this past weekend in LA and it was awesome!!! We drove up from San Diego and couldn’t stop talking about how great you guys were the whole way home the following day. You’ve all grown up smokin’ hot; your new tracks are smokin’ hot and I sooooo can’t wait to buy the new album as soon as it comes out! I also wanted to thank you for spending all that time chatting with the fans after your performance and for posing for all those photos with each and every one of us! (I know I will cherish mine FOREVER!!!)

Hi Jonathan!!! I can’t believe what a sweet person you are. I’m sure that all the other guy’s are just as nice but you just seem so down to earth. My sister and I really want to see you guy’s in concert but as you know time’s are tough. My sister is a teacher with 2 kid’s and I’m disabled and I’m on a very fixed income. My husband work’s but it’s very expensive living in California. But we have untill October or November to come up with the money. I know that we can do it. We’re both pretty darn stubborn. Hi Jon,
First of all, I can’t believe I am even writing to you, never mind listening to your music. Growing up I was not a fan but this time around I am! It is great to see people my age following a dream and living life to the fullest. I have to say you all have impressed me. I hope you are really enjoying it this time around. If there is one I have learned is that you are only giving one life and must live it to the fullest, even if it means doing things that terrifies us. In the end, there will be no regrets.
I saw a video of you at MOA. It looked like you were either in pain or having some anxiety. Whatever it was I commend you for getting up there. It seems like your fans are very supportive. They love you whether you are having a good day or bad day. Feed off of that to help you get through it. Be honest with them about how you are feeling and you will be surprised at how comforting they can be.
Keep smiling and believe in yourself. Don’t give up because it will led to a lifetime of regrets.

It surprises you that Nk fans are still here and it surprises me too! You pinch yourself to see if it is real and I pinch myself cause I can’t believe how hard it is to get good seats. I am going to your concert on Sept. 24th in Uniondale, NY. I got Okay seats. section 2oo something. And I am also going to the concert at Madison Sqare Garden and got worse seats section 3oo something. I am like OMG this many people want to see them (in my area!). I am surprised cause no one I know would go to a NK concert but as you see plenty will.
Anyway, since you are single maybe by the end of the tour you will find someone special. I C there are plenty of girls who would go out with you. You should at the end of the tour and you got more time do what Bret Michaels did and do a show to find someone for you!! And you’ll get paid to do it!!..lol. Not a bad deal, meet alot of girls, get paid to do it..sort of what you do now right??)

Hey Jonathan! II can’t believe that after 20 years of being a fan, I am finally dropping you a line. I went to see you when I was 12 in Maine. I’m from Vermont and you guys were gods to all of us teeny boppers in New England! I hope to see you again when you are in Detroit and I would just die if I actually got to meet you in person. From the little that I know of you, we have a few things in common-love animals (I have 3 dogs), are both preacher;s kids, and are both from New England! Well, I must return to my job as a travel agant who coordinates international concert performance tours for amtuer musical groups–too bad that you guys are too big for us to do business with you!!
