FOLKS!!! Whats the good word!!!! First I wanna say sorry for not putting up a blog yet but you know me….I like to lay in the cut. Anyway, I just finished watching the Celtics win over the Pistons and now I’m sitting here in my living room writing this note.
I’d like to tell you all how amazed, surprised, excited, and grateful I am to see such a response and outpouring of support for this reunion. It’s really mind boggling! I mean, I thought we could do good work and get a buzz going about this project but WOW!!! It makes me feel we have to work even harder to reciprocate the love we’ve been getting.
A lot of people in the very beginning were asking…”well why are you doing it”? I really wouldn’t say much back (typical me behavior I guess) cuz deep down inside I knew that trying to explain in words just never cuts it. People now say “man aren’t you glad you chose to do it”!!!! I think to myself well “I didn’t choose as much as…it chose me” I really feel doing this is a calling, NOT a career move or a business decision. For a while now people have been asking in increasing intensity about a reunion. Whether it be a casual remark like “you talk to the other guys much?” or straight up “When are you guys gonna reunite”. So, I kinda felt it would be a good time, but more importantly it was a good time for me personally, and thank god for the other guys as well. Its not easy being in a group or a family or on a team but I believe its where you reap the most rewards and benefits. I think as long as you hang in there with each other through the inevitable friction you raise each others energy up and up and up to a point where it would have never gotten if you were alone. Good stuff!!! I needed it! I got it! Through being back with my homies from Boston and our fans across the world my life feels richer, more exciting, challenging, and a lot more whole, ……so THANK YOU!!! I REALLY, REALLY mean it!!!

Jordan, I was sooo excited when I heard you were getting back together. I´ve been a fan since around 1990 and saw you twice live in Stockholm, Sweden in -91. All we fans hear though is talk about a US-tour, all I can say is: Don´t forget about Europe, and Sweden in particular

everything we have seen so far has been mind blowing and brings me back to how I felt when I first heard you guys. As a lot of other fans have said “We feel like we are 12 and 13 again”. It’s the best feeling and Thank you for making that feeling come alive.

I think a lot of the fans feel similarly about being fans - it’s like a calling that chose us. I know I certainly didn’t have any choice in the matter when I first saw you guys on TV in the UK on the Smash Hits show when I was 14, all those years ago…I was hooked.
19 years later I still feel the same about you guys (or stronger, with 19 years of history in the bag!) - You rock my world, you always have, you always will.

My dad couldn’t belive I had a picture of NKOTB on my desktop when he borrowed my computer yesterday. I said “don’t you know they’re back again?” and he was like “Oh, no… here we go again… remember you’re a grown up now, you are married and have kids!” Oh yes, I’m married to the most wonderful man on earth and have 3 adorable kids, but the day in April when you guys made the comeback official, I felt like 15 again… That moment on the Today show really was magic! Right there I was brought back to a time when life was much more simple and without so many responsibilities. That was awsome! Thank you so much for letting me have this wonderful NKOTB fever one more time!

First i have to say im sooooo glad you guys are back together again I am such a big fan of your music. Im going to be 30 yrs old in July, but I feel like a girl again when I listen to your old songs.
I have to tell you a funny story that made me come to this blog it might sound stupid but I had to post it to you… because this dream made me feel amazing….. Last night I had a dream about you…. Out of No where and in it we were together… I don’t know how it happened… I was stunned in my dream that out of the millions of girls you could be with you chose me…. Well in my dream you made me feel like the most special person in the world …like I was perfect … In my dream you made me feel a feeling of want .. Something I’ve never felt in real life…. And it was perfect …I couldn’t believe how real it felt…. your touch was soo soft and loving and your eyes just unbelievably sincere and your words made me melt…It was defiantly a dream, cause those things I would never experience in real life… I wanted to stay asleep all day to continue with the dream.
It wasn’t about fame and fortune and fans … you were just the perfect man in my dream… And I thank you for that. Whatever girl you are with right now is one lucky lady and I hope she realizes that.

Jordan!!!!!! We have missed you!!!! Thank you for the blog. I will never forget how incredibly sweet and considerate you were with me when I went to meet you at Virgin Megastore Records in Miami (1999). You made my day! and just so you know (in the remote case you remember seeing me there…) I would have waited triple the amount of hours I had been waiting to say hi to you and wish you all the luck and love in the world you have so rightly earned. LOL, it turns out, at the Today Show, I ended up doing just that…only this time, in the streets of NY and with the most amazing group of women (and some guys) in the world. My fellow Blockheads.
Just the other night, my boyfriend wrote on a thread that we seem to have been implanted with a chip that had us all quiet for about 15 years and then on 4/4/08…kaboooom!!! we were “switched on”. Kind of a funny way to look at this phenomenon really, don’t you agree?
If I was implanted with a “block-chip”, I am so glad I was. You and the boys have made my life intense, wonderful and I owe you so much of the woman I became!!!
Thank you does not suffice to express all that I feel for the fact that the five of you exist.

First of all, thank you for blogging, we knew you would get around to it in your own time, in true Jordan style. Second, I can’t tell you how overjoyed this reunion has made me. It seems like I forgot how good life is until you guys reunited. I can’t even begin to express to you how much I owe you, but someday I will try to find the words to do it. I should honestly be the one saying thank you. I don’t know if you will read this or not, but you have had a huge impact on my life and I have always wanted the chance to tell you. Since the chances of getting to tell you in person are very slim, I hope this will do and that you will see it. My childhood was pretty bad, and I don’t know how I would have gotten through it without your music. I had to grow up very fast, but having you guys to turn to actually helped me be a kid and have fun. My best childhood memories have your albums as a sound track. I never got a chance to see you in concert back then and I am so very grateful to get the chance now. This makes one of my wishes come true and I am so excited to see you in Los Angeles. I just love you so much- and I’m sure you probably get tired of people saying that- but we really do love you.
I wish I could put into words what this reunion means to me. What NKOTB means to me. But it is impossible. I completely understand why you have difficulty describing it, because many of us feel the same way. I have difficulty explaining it to my friends, even those who were with me and NK fans back in the beginning.

I am ssssooooo glad to finally hear from you. This has been great for me with you all getting back together. I have been a huge fan of yours since the 9th grade and in a way part of me thinks of you as my high school sweetheart, I guess only the fans can understand what I am saying because growing up you were the one guy who understood how to treat a woman, you never let me down, and were always there when I needed a shoulder to cry on. I have broken up with many guys becuase they did not understnad the bond I had with you and the band. I truly believe this because after all of these years after hearing of the reunion I got weak in the knees, my heart starting beating really fast and all of our great memories came rushing back to me. I am still really defensive with my husband when he starts ragging on me and I warn him that I have left others in the past and I am not afraid to do it again :-).
I am just hoping that you come to Hawaii or at least release the remaining cities on your tour so I can fly to where you are. I cannot wait to see you in concert and hope to meet you this time around.

Following your solo career, as much as possible from Germany…, I must say this nkotb reunion is so big compared to your own thing that I feel in a way sorry for you. I think you did really great and you should have deserved much more response. I loved and love your music.
But, of course, I was a big New Kids Fan and now it´s all coming again. I´ll stay tuned. You guys rock!

This site is amazing… back in the day we never had access to your thoughts like this. It’s like you are sending a personal message to all of us. I am so GRATEFUL that you’re back. I see the magic of the five of you together, and it is downright THRILLING to be a part of. I was too young the last time around to participate like this, and I feel like I’m bursting inside with happiness everyday! Your reunion has inspired me again…
I’m going to attend 4 shows… I’ve never gone to more than one concert of any performer on a given tour. THIS, well, this is something else. If I could afford it, I’d go to more! Trust me!
Your TRUE FANS know that you were here in spirit before you wrote your blog and we will continue to support you as long as you guys decide to grace us with this incredible reunion. I wish for you all the success and fulfilled dreams that you can possibly endure, and my one wish for the long run, is that you do it YOUR WAY so that the crash that happened last time doesn’t happen again. I saw you guys twice when I was younger, like 10 and 11 which of course blew my mind. And just a few years ago I saw you (Jordan) perform at the Hard Rock Cafe in Pittsburgh. Honestly, I’ve been to many concerts, and that one sticks out in my mind as one of the best. I thought you had a lot of great stuff, and I waited to see it get released, but I could never find anything. Anyway, I’m glad you guys are back together for this reunion, and if my job lets me out long enough, I’ll be there when you’re in San Antonio. I wish you guys much success!

I am so excited that you guys are coming back! I have been dreaming about this for such a long time. You (Jordan) were my first love. You guys were my first concert my sister and I went to, I was 11 and she was 7 at the time. My parents got them for us for Christmas. It was the best concert we have ever been to. As soon as my sister and I found out that you guys were coming to town we knew that we had to go! We got floor seats in row 28; we are so excited and happy!!!! I am pregnant and my due date is 4 days after the concert, but don’t worry I will be their, pregnant and all. We can’t wait to see you in Portland Oregon. Love you guys!

Thanks a million for this posting! I can’t even put into words how greatful I am. I am sure you’ve heard that many times but you were (and obviously still are!!!) a big part of my life and a great, positive influence on it! Now, as a mum (I am 30 and my son is 1) I still can get as exited as when I was 11, that was the first time when I have “discovered” you guys, here in Europe. Luckily I could make it for two of your shows to Germany, but now, this time please don’t forget about HUNGARY either. I am so happy to see that you finally posted a message. But good things come to those who wait, I always say. And Lord knows I’ve been waiting a long time for the opportunity to see you guys again, and I know it will be amazing. You guys never disappoint. You could just be sitting on stage playing checkers and we’d be happy.
You have no idea how much you touched my life. From the moment I saw the Right Stuff video I knew I’d be a fan forever!! You made those crazy adolecent years so much more bearable.
I am absolutely counting down the days until I get to see you in Cleveland. My friends and I are crazy with anticipation. We’re getting out all of our old memoribilia, listening to your music, watching the old videos and TV appearances that I have kept for all these years. It’s been so much fun.

It’s great to hear from you Jordan!!! It’s great to know that you are as excited as we are! I just want you to know that I think you are an amazing singer and I love to listen to you singing! I am glad that there is such an outpouring of love to you guys because you all have sooo many fans and I am glad that we get to see you guys sing again!
I am soooo excited to see you all in concert in New Jersey!!! My mom and I came to meet you on May 16th at Macy’s and we waited in the rain for 5 hours, but it was totally worth it!
I am a middle school special education teacher now and the thought of getting to see you guys soon is getting me through class!!! I work with some difficult students and I am turning them onto NKOTB music!
I hope you guys will sing KEEP ON SMILIN and SINCE YOU WALKED INTO MY LIFE! I am having so much fun being a NKOTB fan!!! Can’t wait to see you too Jordan! I hope the Celtics win!

Long time fan…saw you in Indianapolis in 2006…seeing you again made me feel like a teenager…I was on youtube the other day looking up NKOTB videos and just sat there watching you guys grinning like a crazy person…such great memories. “Summertime” is my myspace profile song and I play it continuously! PLEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEASE come to either Rochester or Buffalo, New York…its the least you can do since I traveled to Indiana to see you in 2006 *smiles*! On the Today Show performance I looked at you and thought to myself “he is in his absolute glory and there is no place he would rather be”….it was so evident that you felt truly blessed to be up there. Hope to see you in BUFFALO or ROCHESTER (NY)…..this time I may have to bring my 8 year old son….he wants to be a singer someday! Oh, and I have to mention….you look SOOOOOOO good and make my heart flutter like you did a long time ago!

Thanks for your entry today and kind words to your fans around the world. As you can see you mean a lot to all of us - as do your 4 band-mates….I simply cannot thank all 5 of you enough for reuniting. I am a firm believer it was definitely a calling from above. This reunion tour could not have come at a better time for me in my life, personally. I am so glad you and the guys are having fun while doing this new adventure. Your true fans will ALWAYS be here - past, present, and in the continued future! This is one awesome ride and the concerts have not even begun yet! We are sooooooooooooooo excited. I guess now that we have more of a means of communication with you guys than we had “back in the day” this website and blog really make us feel like we are EVEN MORE connected to you all as a group. Your faith, values, goals, and friendships really continue to shine and grow more stronger even after the 15 years. It is so amazing and wonderful to see. It was what brought you all this fame to begin with and it is a never-ending love that is reciprocal from us to you as well.

I want to say thanks for making my evening a good one because I had a very bad day at work and finding out that you posted a blog which I just found out a few minutes ago made me extremely happy. I want to say that I truly and absolutely love you since I first heard about NKOTB since 1989 and I was 14 then and I’m 32 going on 33 this coming September. Thanks for your message. I had a bad day at work and when I read your blog, it made me feel better, it was from you, from your heart. Anyways, I’m 34 yrs old and have loved NKOTB (esp. you and Donnie) since I was in junior high. When I was at KISS 108 April 4 Donnie, Joey, and Danny signed my FTM CD cover, and I didn’t get a chance to reach you to have you sign - I was bummed. I was so lucky to even have been that close to you all. You all were probably very tired by the end of that day. Oh well, maybe I’ll catch you to sign it someday. Whenever I hear NKOTB music it always makes me happy and makes me feel so good. Have fun watching our Celtics #34 baby!!!!
