I don’t know if this is how its going to work when you get out here to L.A. but I’ll be buying VIP even if the ticket provided isn’t wheelchair section (obviously that takes a special request). I just hope I won’t have to buy the ticket seperately…lol.

I’m so excited! I can’t wait to meet the guys in Chicago! I’ve been hoping they would get back together for so long, I can’t believe it’s finally happening! What a great 30th birthday present. OKEY your comming to Chicago. I am going to buy TWO five star VIP tickets. ANYWAY Me and my BFF are leagally blind. I want to know if there will be close seating for the disabled. She is almost totally blind and I am legally blind. IF YOU DON”T BELIEVE US WE HAVE PROOF! So my question is how does that work. LET ME KNOW PLEASE!

I think I called “ILAL” like 5 times. Today I missed OPRAH because I was infront of the computer for a LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOng time! The only reason I would miss OPRAH is because of NKOTB. I love NKOTB and going to a live concert means so much to me. I can’t wait to hear the new album. Much love.

Hey Guys, thank you so much for coming back to us. I am so excited to take this incredible ride with you all again except now that I am older I can truly enjoy in the moment because now I can go to as many shows as possible. Wow I’m from Montreal and we will be the first to see them!! I can’t wait to see them!!
We finally have info on the VIP packages (Thanks!) but for the Montreal and Toronto show there are no prices yet!!! I guess it will be something near as the ones for the USA shows but when will we know the prices? We have to know in advance the prices and the date the packages will be available to purchase to plan with our friends who wants to come with us and the regular tickets will be on sale May 10 so it is very soon! It is next week.
Come on guys!! Please gives us all the info that we need and are missing so we can plan! Pleeeeeaaaaassssssssse!

I will never forget my sophmore year in highschool, early 90’s and my stepsister and I had tickets to the concert in Iowa City, Iowa. I was on my way to school that morning and they announced on the radio due to a terrible winter snow blizzard, NO CONCERT! I was heart broken. Nonetheless, the concert was rescheduled and it was the best concert I’ve been to, to date. Now 33 years old, I CAN’T WAIT!!! I am so excited. Big ups to NKOTB for bringing back. Much love!!!

I have made disabled seating arrangements with I love All Access. I called Thursday & was told to buy my tickets the regular way & once I get my confirmation, I send them an e mail with all of my requirements. So they do have it & will help you to purchase it. When your city has a show coming to it (I have Chicago) I suggest calling All Access a couple of days in advance…They were bombarded Friday.
Like others I’m asking that you please provide the sale times for the VIP tickets & what credit cards they accept & on what days because poor ILAA is so bombarded with Qs they can’t get to everyone. I got a call today from the phone message I left Fri.Some of the answers my friends & I received surprised us. Everyone really needs to know before Monday. Thanks in advance.

We will be coming from Canada (Port Dover) to Chicago as I am getting married and will be on honeymoom during the toronto show. Funny I actually considered postponing the honeymoon to make the Toronto date. So Chicago it is. I AM NOT SURE IF THE VIP PACKAGES ARE AVAILABLE TOMMARO MAY 5TH TO THE AMERICAN EXPRESS HOLDERS. I’m so ticked off! I just spent an hour logged into I Love All Access, waiting for VIP tickets to go on sale for my show. When they finally did become available, I repeatedly got a message that access was temporarily unavailable due to inventory control. After trying that multiple times, it then switched over to a message that tickets were only available to fan club members. Did anyone else have this issue? I don’t understand how I could have possibly missed this opportunity!

Ok guys,i’m gonna try to stay composed because i’m a grown woman now, but what the hell happened this morning with the VIP sales? I have to say that was a load of shit. I got about 2hrs of sleep cause i was so excited and didn’t want to miss the opportunity to try and score a ticket,i did all the research i could about iloveallaccess.com and still got the shaft! I hope that when you guys announce more dates one will be closer to my home here in KC and i will not have to go through this again,as something will be sorted out and more preparation and information will be given out to us loyal, die-hard fans of 20yrs! Alright who’s going to rectify the problem w/ the AMEX only presale on VIP? Are they going to extend it for normal card holders as well? Other fans would have liked to have met you as well and had the opportunity to have good seats. Doing a presale on such a limited amount of tickets for VIP packages basically means unless you have AMEX forget it, so that’s discrimination! Also consider under news and announcements in the community it specifically says -VIP TICKET PACKAGES = We will be offering a once in a lifetime opportunity, ALL details will be revealed SOON, so be sure to check back at NKOTB.com for more information. THIS IS NOT PART OF THE AMEX PRE SALE. Note that this furthers discrimination because you’re only giving a real opportunity to the AMEX holders oh and lets not forget it said it’s NOT part of the presale. So this is misleading. Lets also mention it was never stated that VIP would ever be presale for AMEX on their site or yours. And when brought to the attention of ILAA they said it was because they were yet to release further details, how can you put something on sale before releasing said details?
That said I WAS planning on attending but I have a hard time supporting anyone who can allow such discrimination to happen to hardcore fans who have been around and supportive through the years. I may not actually buy tickets at all or albums or singles. Maybe next time you’ll think of ALL the fans. Sorry guys I know it’s not your fault, but you need to get these people in order because you’re losing out as well.

I was so disappointed to find that only AMEX GOLD CARDHOLDERS could purchase VIP Packages today. Even a friend of mine was told those were sold out just about immediately in Chicago. Being disabled that leaves me out of any seating that I can see the guys faces. I will be in the back corner, top of 1st graduated seating. If I weren’t disabled, my friends & I could have been close even though we wouldn’t have had the Meet & Greet, etc. I did all my research, was here all night Fri & the whole day waiting for information. I am still in a lot of pain pushing myself that far. Had the information that only Gold card holders could buy today early Friday, I wouldn’t have wasted more time then & today. As it was, it held up purchasing reg(handicapped) seating with my reg AMEX card.
I really have to add my voice to the plea that decent seating is available for the disabled…It’s AMEX Gold or junk & being on a fixed income a Gold Card isn’t something I should do. I have been offered one but my friends couldn’t all pay $350 this month to pay the balance this bill as required & the well over $100 fee for the card is a waste of money for me.
I LOVE NKOTB so much. I hate to feel the need to complain on their site, but something really needs to be done. I hope you contact your disabled fans to make a plan for the future that makes going to a NKOTB show the experience the vast majority of your fans can enjoy.

I am disabled as well. I tried to get the VIP package too. But it was hard. I still have not been able to get a ticket yet. I am trying still. I would love to see them close considering I am legally blind. I can only see so fare. I would love to see the show the way everyone else is able to see it. But I don’t have on American Express card at all. AM I EVEN GOING TO BE ABLE TO GO???

One of my messages is apparently awaiting moderation..but I basically think it’s really sad things were not handled better for all of the fans. Highly discriminating and irritating and I really feel discouraged in even going at all now. I don’t know what’s worse the fact we had no info on the AMEX deal or that for barely a min they did allow the regular passcode to work so a handful of people still got seats even without being AMEX cardholders. This was truly unjust and should be fixed ASAP.

I remember seeing you guys when i was 12 in Perth Western Australia. Do you remember when Western Australia had to stage 3 protests at Sony Music to get you guys to fly over the West, instead of playing only in Sydney and Melbourne.
Well, I was their for all the protests and keep them all on a VCR tape.(Think Dvds weren’t out then). Anyways, you guys did make it their and put on a great concert.
I am know 31 and very lucky for me am living in Houston Tx. Thanks for getting back together while I am living in the states not in Australia. Please come to Houston for a show, or are you going to make me organize another protest to get you guys down here in Texas

I was also disappointed this morning and since others are expressing their frustrations and I would like to share too.
I was going nuts b/w All Access and Ticketmaster as I was trying from work risking my job to try to get the VIP tix or something close. It seemed that the VIP was sold out immediately then it wasn’t…then it was only for Fan Club members? Then this afternoon, it became only for Amex card holders, which I am..Platimun Business..but when I put in the password, it was rejected. I was given the runaround with AMEX until they finally cleared up that only the cards that require you to pay annual fees for the card are eligible. It seems only the truly rich with great credit are allowed
Oh well, if it is meant to be it will happen. I’ll try my best to get something good within a range affordable for me…I can’t give up a kidney though.

Hey Guys- First let me say that I LOVE EACH OF YOU!!! But I am a bit disappointed. I went to purchase some VIP packages today and was told that only American Express card holders were eligible at this time. I asked if and when us “regular” folks
would be allowed to purchase them and they said that I would just have to keep watch….. well… I checked back this evening just to make sure and to my disappointment they were ALL SOLD OUT!!!!!!!!!! My heart broken at that very moment. I was completely committed to buying myself and a friend of mine the VIP tickets. SOOOO I hope for a couple of things… 1)That more VIP packages are released and available to those of us who have VISA and 2) That you guys add more tour dates like Oklahoma and Dallas. That would BE WONDERFUL!!!!!!!!!!! I really can’t wait to see you guys and I TRULY HOPE/WISH that I am able to have the opportunity to purchase a VIP package. Love ya bunches! Amy

I very extremely upset that the VIP packages for the Oct. 4th concert at the All State Arena here in Chicago are sold out. You’ve didn’t given alot of consideration about that there are many credit card holders that don’t own AMEX. You should’ve give more consideration to VISA/MASTERCARD holders. To only sell to the first 10 rows with the 5 star package is ridiculous. You should’ve never had done that pre-sale. You could’ve done the first few sections near ths stage would’ve been better. What I don’t understand is that you could’ve waited until at least July or August to sell those tickets for the upcoming concerts going on for September and October since you’re only doing 7 concert first. I’m not able to take any time off and will not be able to travel to other locations. I’m very very upset about this. This was very disorganized.

I still can’t believe it, I wouldn’t have ever dreamt I’d be listening to new stuff form my New Kids 15 yrs on! Can’t wait for the video. I was quite upset I couldn’t get VIP for Boston, they went so quickly! I don’t have AMEX, so what I’ve done is bought from pre-sale website Ace Tickets .com because I bet there won’t be many left by 12 May. Warning to others, even though you don’t need AMEX I had to pay 3 times as much and its not even VIT. However I’m very excited as I will be 16 rows from the stage in Boston in September! This is a respond to nudelilly: If it is the same as the states you need to have a gold or higher membership amex card. If you have one of these cards, call the toll-free number on the back of your Amex card to get a special access code from the customer service concierge. Use that passcode as your password into the NKOTB tour page. I would call them right away to get the code. I wish you the best of luck.

Tickets for VIP just went on sale for regular credit card on I LOVE ALL ACCESS.
I was unable to buy them because of my AMEX card didnt come in time but I just got them now with my regular credit card and it worked.
ACT fact or they may sell out.
Also the VIP in Toronto person, it has to be an American Express GOLD card or higher nothing else will work.

I’ve used ILAA before - at first I was weary as well - not knowing what the seats would be like either until the day of, but all of the VIP seats were amazing so I’m sure that will be the case with this show as well.

Yeah, non-AmEx cardholders can purchase VIP tickets now. 5-star for Chicago sold out instantly but 4-star are still available!

It seems luck is on my side! My friend and I were able to get VIP tickets for the Chicago show on Oct. 4th. Never in my wildest dreams did I think I would get to meet all five you guys at once! Thank you so much for getting back together!!! I shall see your lovely faces in October.

VIP available again! I’ve just tried to purchase VIP tickets for Boston in September and it let me, even without AMEX. Not sure how this is but just to let you know those who are wanting them.

One more thing….. you don’t need an Amex for the cdn orders they accept all the cards for those and mtl still has the 5 star available

According to iloveallaccess (in an email they sent me last night) starting today at 1pm all ticket packages are available to any credit card holder.

I´M TRULY DISAPPOINTED TO THE FACT THAT PEOPLE FROM BRAZIL WILL NOT BE ABLE TO BUY THE VIP TICKETS, EVEN THOUGH HAVING THE AMEX GOLD CARD.
THIS WAS COMPLETELY FRUSTRATING TO ME BECAUSE I WAS PLANNING TO GO ALL THE FROM BRAZIL JUST TO FINALLY GET THE CHANCE TO MEET YOU GUYS IN PERSON. THUS, MY ONLY CHANCE OF MEETING YOU ALL WENT DOWN THE DRAIN BECAUSE I AM NOT FROM ANY OF THE LISTED ON ILAA.

Got my ticket for Montreal…and it’s my birthay the day before..so hubby said it was my gift!!! I am so happy!!! I can’t wait to see you all again. I was at both shows way back. HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!! I have been screaming since I got the confirm email from ALLACCESS!!!!

Okay, so today VIP packages went on sale for the two Canadian dates. I was ready and waiting the moment they went on sale. I live in the Toronto area so those are the ones I went for. All was well and good, I got through right away and was on the verge of making my friends and myself very happy. However, after over an hour, five attempts, three calls to iloveallaccess and one to my credit card company, I HAVE NO PACKAGES! My transactions could not be completed because according to ILAA, the billing info I put in and what the credit card company has on file as my billing info were not the same. This is not the case, I confirmed otherwise. There were no dashes out of place, nor spaces where there shouldn’t have been. ILAA could offer me no other reasons why this would be happening, other than some Canadian banks have issues; um, what does that mean? I’m not new to online buying/shopping, this is the first time I’ve ever runinto this problem. Needless to say I’m not impressed and will not be trying to do anything through ILAA anymore. I wanted to put this put out there, wondering if anyone else has had similar issues. I have a couple more chances for tickets so I’m not too worried, but still………………

VIP was available for NJ and NY today. I was able to get 2 and I AM SO EXCITED!!! I’ve been glowing ever since!
Also - You have the option to put in other cards besides AMEX. I had the option to use AMEX, Visa, MC..
NKOTB - I can’t WAIT to see you again! I went to 2 of your concerts back in the day. Looking forward to seeing you again!

I was completely dedicated to checking the ILAA site for updates, but I still managed to just barely miss out on 5-star VIP tickets for the Chicago show. I hope that more shows will be added in the Wisconsin/Illinois/Minnesota area and that VIP tickets will also be available. I have waited 20 years to meet the guys and am so heartbroken that it didn’t work out for me this time either! And I know I’m not the only one disappointed…

I’m 28 and from Montreal Canada and proud to say that I’m going to the NEW KIDS ON THE BLOCK concert lol HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA !!!!! I cant beleive it. I went to there last concert in 94 and now there starting there tour in September in my touwm it’s AMAZING. Cant wait to see you five again. I think I still have the T-Shirt I made in Hight shcool that sayd Ilove NKOTB 4ever.

I am so sad. If I had the chance to meet ANY famous person in the world- it would be DONNIE WAHLBERG!
I know I shouldn’t complain and just be thankful that we got them because they sold out fast!! But I have to admit I am dissappointed that we didn’t get 5star. Is it true that only 5star VIP ticket holders get to meet you? Awwwahh waaaaah

I tried getting a VIP paclage 3 times…
The last time, it told me to go back and check my address - forgot my middle initial. However, with the pending charge from the orders that didn’t go through? I had no room left of my card! So I couldn’t get the package. It’s the first time I’ve ever encountered this problem (pending charges on an incomplete order) So I’ll be missing out on VIP.
Also… (for anyone who doesn’t know) they do not hold the package for you. It does say “you have 10 minutes to complete your order”.. you don’t technically “have” 10 minutes. That’s just how long they give you before your order times out

… when I say they don’t hold it for you, I mean as you go through the purchasing process. On one of my attempts.. someone else got to the package before I did, I had pending charges on that incomplete order as well.

I got the 5 Star VIP package for the Borgata show in Atlantic City, NJ!! I tried 6 times…yes 6 times. Hey guys…love all access sucks. Next time go with a different business for your vip tickets. The first 3 it timed out..it was no where near 10 minutes. The next 2 denied my credit card b/c billing address was different…I was about ready to throw my computer haha. I think I know where I f***’n live! 6th time I just used another credit card. $375..ouch. But worth it to meet you guys. I’ve been a fan since I was 6 years old <3 I’ll be 26 on June 19th! 20 years…wow. I never got to see you back then but I’m making damn sure I get to this time

I plan on buying a 5 star VIP package for the St Louis show. I started getting really nervous reading the posts at the beginning of this thread, but it seems purchasing the tickets is easier now. You don’t need AMEX or a special access code right? I tried “buying” a package for another show that’s already on sale just to see if it would work (I didn’t actually purchase anything) and it seemed like it was going to work. I pray that I don’t have any problems! I don’t know when the tickets for my show are going on sale. The concert is Nov 10.

Okay, now I am really nervous about west coast ticket packages that go on presale soon. Does anyone know if they are going to be AMEX only for presale? And what fanclub do you have to join to get the password for the presale? I was an official fan club memeber in 1989, that should count for something. I have the regular ILAA tour password but according to some of these posts, that doesn’t work very well. This website says Amex only but the ILAA website doesn’t mention that at all. I’m freakin out a little cause I’m dying to get a VIP package but was just going to use my Gold MC Debit. Help! Anyone know anything????

I have used ILAA twice before for the Dancing with the Stars tour here in MN and never had a problem. I had no problem going online May 29th and purchasing 2 VIP 5 star tickets when they went on sale for the Minneapolis show. I even used Visa. Myself personally would recommend ILAA to anyone. Seats are always great and I can’t wait to find out where my seats will be come October when the boys are here. Its a chance of a lifetime to meet them after 15 years. YEAH!!!!

I am thinking whether I should get the 5 star VIP package. Even though I’ve been a fan for a long time, I have never seen them in concert. No one in my family or friends is as crazy as I am with them that would pay that kind of money . . . well except my mom!
